I 'm sure that the police will handle it
in the ordinary course of events.

In my opinion,
it was poor judgment to commit arson on the Moslems;
not as bad as 9/11/1, but it might result in jail.
I 'd have suggested against it, but to tell u the truth,
especially at Christmas time, I 'm very resentful of the aliens
who subverted our public celebration of Christmas. It shud have
continued as it did thru the 1900s up thru the 70s, if I remember.
People who r in their childhoods now will be deprived of that very
special ineffable experience. In retrospect: we shud have kept out
the aliens. Thay had no right to enter. I wonder if this was foreseeable.

Yes. Good point.
I believe that in the history of the world,
the most intrusive and totalitarian authoritarians
have been the commies. I am generally anti-authoritarian.
Most of my hatred for the commies is residual, inasmuch as many
of them are dead, some by suicide and communism is dead.
We won the war. We learned a lot from our R & D along the way.
If Kennedy had not been trying to distract America
from his cowardly betrayal of the Cuban freedom fighters,
wud we have landed on the Moon yet????

I don 't care much about the Moslems, except that I resent
their blowing up our stuff and causing long security lines at the airports.

Sorry, I guess you missed the point--bigotry comes from an irrational obsession--religion has a tends to be irrational and it easily becomes obsessive..

I've found that the best offence to irrational obsession is humor, even if some consider it inane

G.K. Chesterton, possibly the greatest catholic apologist of the 19th century, said the true test of religion is its jokes.

As for David's obsession, I agree with his distaste of authoritarianism. My problem is with David's narrow definition. Communism is only one type of authoritarian politics.

There're many types or authoritarians.

bigots, racists, anti-Muslim 'haters' are authoritarian--IMHO they must be laughed at. And my God can beat up your God.
