This is a wild west shootout? This isn't the vision that gets painted by people such as Rex/Cobbler. This is a single guy and maybe one of a few such incidents. Does this mean all CC holders are like this? Nope. In fact in the last few years there have been maybe 3 or 4 such incidents.

Oh I see your point. The USA doesn't look so bad if you say its gun kill rate is 2.5 times that of Switzerland, 5 times Canada and Israel, 6 times Sweden, 8 times Germany, 40 times the UK, and 160 times that of Japan.
