Kia did the same thing at the beginning.. Warmed only to me...
Now she is Daddy's girl.. Darn.. Though she kisses me too and I know she loves me.. She just went with what she trusted initially and ignored men.. She's kinda both of our now and I am sure that is what will happen with you two.
Depends on whether you let her hog the bed or not, then you might be more in.............

...... hold on, my dog's liver cake is ready as the oven beeper is beeping. Oh, and his water bowl is full but the water is a little too warm, I must put some fresh in for him.
Good grief, his biscuit jar is getting low....must buy some more, after I've plumped his cushion.

Picked her up when she woke up this morning and ran her to the backyard - didn't want there to be any reason not to praise her - success! Took both dogs for a short pack walk. Now it is omelette-sharing time - in between naps for Bella. She's not used to so much activity.

She sounds as if she's right at home, already! Wonderful. Can't wait for photographs of the lovely Bella in her new home, with her new canine friend. How lovely that they've bonded so soon.

I know exactly what you're saying! Wait, I'll have to stop typing for a minute. I have to rub my dog's belly. He's rolled over on the rug and is rolling around on his back and he's pointing to his belly. He has me on a doggy diet. I make 3 eggs and 2 of the eggs are for me scrambled and 1 is for him. the doggy diet keeps the weight and cholesterol down.
I look fwd to see any and all pics.
Oh she is adorable! Love that she has a good home with the best dog people. She is a blessed girl! And Bailey is enjoying her?
