In love with and older man

There's this man who's a few years older than me. He's a business man. He's young, handsome, well bred, and his scent makes me crazy. We've had few approaches, but I think I've made my interest pretty obvious. Sometimes we come across each other in the street or in a coffe house and I just can't stop staring at him in a desirous way. Recently he caught me staring and he smiled and winked an eye. Sometimes I catch him staring, too, in a similar way. Should I go and approach him? Or should I wait a move by his own? Do you think he wants me the way I want him?
