Here is a really simple tutorial for growing rose plants from cuttings by placing them in a potato. Apparently the potato keeps the plant moist as the roots develop helping it to flourish.
Click the link for the tutorial - plus some fun ideas for things to do with the petals and rosehips that grow on the plant.

Biotech lies exposed: Genetically-modified corn contains practically no nutrients but is loaded with chemical poisons
I never consume aspartame because I rarely ever eat sugar (other than the tiny bit added to some canned foods)... I almost never consume sodas and fruit juices unless juices are additive free, I drink water and eat fresh fruit instead... The whole thing that bothers me most is what Monsanto has done to corn... I do eat a lot of corn products and so do the livestock sold as meat. The GMO corn has got to go... no if, and or buts and also the use of round-up needs to be heavily scrutinized and a departure back to the old way of farming needs to be made mandatory... To hell with Monsanto and their "profits"...

Can't re-iterate the need for B vitamins enough. Drink coffee? Sapped. Drink alcohol? Sapped. Drink sweet potato, carrot, apple juice? Gained.
