@Groomers123,
Hello and thank you for your beautifully stated question. I can tell by your post that you are just a young teen looking for the correct answers to everything as well as i am and i can tell you have an open heart and for that I am thankful. I happen to be 16, Christian, and sometimes found myself asking the same question. I also questioned even the unanswerable questions such as "How was God created?" and "Why did God let the devil even exist?". Well, when we ask such questions, I feel as if God is in heaven laughing at our silly questions. For a certain fact, I know that my mind is finite(not all-knowing), and I'm pretty sure everyone else's is too (if they say they have an infinite mind, they are CRAZY (: ) We can not answer such questions such as how were stars created, how did God create the Earth, etc. Although we may question, we will never understand. Even atheists who do not believe in God will never understand. That is what is great about God; He is omniscient, and he is all-knowing. God is also completely and indescribably good, which is why us as Christians can trust in Him. Since we can not understand, God gives us 3 things that prove his existence so we may be without excuse for believing in Him: His creation, His word, and His Son. I think creation is so beautiful. I used to just look at it like it was nothing new but if you think about the exquisiteness about it and the precision, the world was not just a "bang" or an "evolution". The while galaxy is created in a way that could not just be created by anything or something, but only by One with supernatural and never-ending power. We are also able to believe because of the Bible. Some say "oh, we cannot trust this because it was written by people, and not God." well, how do we trust scientists on what they say, were we there 10000 years ago to see "Pangea", the ultimate continent? No, yet we believe it. The bible also proves to be true because it states that without belief in God, we will deny it. Naturally, we deny God. The bible states that in 1 Corinthians 2:14: The *NATURAL person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. Well, of course we are born natural. lol. And naturally because of Eve's sin and our free will, we as humans are natural sinners. Without repentance, one cannot understand God and His grace because he/she is still in his/her natural state. Naturally, we do not accept Christ because Satan has deceived us. Although he has deceived us, that does not mean Satan overpowers God. In James 1:13-15, we are revealed that God is completely good and Satan is completely bad. It states, 13 When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God *CANNOT be tempted by evil, nor does *HE TEMPT ANYONE; 14 but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by *THEIR OWN EVIL DESIRE and enticed. 15 Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death." Us being doubtful and resistant of God is not his fault, it is our own. This also implies to sin. All sins can be overcome, yet we choose to take the easy way and follow Satan. Satan's ways are defiantly easier, but that does NOT mean they are better. Following Christ is OUR OWN choice, and we have no excuse to say "Well, I need a miracle first" or "I need a sign." God has given us MANY signs, but we never have "enough" or "a lot". That is one reason people fail to have a relationship with God, GOD IS ENOUGH. If only we as humans could all stop questioning and turn to the Savior with all of our trust, we will have more peace in our hearts and security over what God does rather than questioning His Goodness! 3rd and foremost, we are shown Gods goodness and compassion by Him sending His Son, Jesus Christ. And although you may think, "Everyone has died, this is just ordinary", it is nothing BUT ordinary. Jesus was sent through a virgin, therefore someone of purity; which shows us how pure and perfect Jesus is. Then many miracles are performed by Jesus and the gospel is preached everywhere Jesus goes. Keep in mind, throughout every second of Jesus' life, he is WITHOUT SIN. That is unimaginable to us to not sin, but once again God is perfectly good, therefore Jesus has to be the son of God. The way Jesus exits this world also gives us an explanation for bad in this world. Of course, bad ultimately comes from Satan and as bad things happen to you that people caused is a result of our freewill and direction towards sin, but we see a very strong example of what we as humans would consider "bad" in this world, and begin to question as to why God allows bad things to happen. If you know the story, Jesus is highly offensive to the Romans because of their hardened hearts and Jesus is considered blasphemous for claiming to be "The Messiah". As punishment for blasphemy, Jesus is hung on a cross, nailed, with a crown of thorns jammed into His head. Many people who once followed Him also deny his name, and the Romans were completely with this plan. This death causes many to think, "Well, if He is the Son of God why didn't God let Him live forever and not die" or "why would Jesus be killed if He is God" etc. Lets take this as a scenario, what if God was just a bossy God who just commanded us around without heart for us and no heart for anything? That would completely contradict who He is. God's Son is GOD SENT TO EARTH, AKA in human form. He came AS A HUMAN, and felt PAIN. The cross was the ULTIMATE PAIN, and the ULTIMATE DEATH for someone so good. God's compassion is shown so much through Jesus' death on the cross. God hurts, God feels, God suffers, God hungers, and God came to the earth in HUMAN form to die on a cross just to show how MUCH HE LOVES US. This also gives us a complete way to trust Him as he shows so much compassion, He came to the Earth to suffer for us when we do not deserve his mercy in doing that. Jesus came to die for our sins that we perform each day, just so we may be blameless in heaven and simply go to Heaven by accepting this free gift of life. What other "God" would do that? What do you focus on in this story? The death, or the love shown by God? After the story, Jesus resurrects and comes back to life 3 days later. from our finite point of view, did we see the outcome of what happened on the Cross before it happened? NO. Who would've ever predicted that a human who claimed to be God, really is God and ROSE AGAIN? So, are bad things in our life actually bad, or are we not trusting God to bring a good outcome? God is everywhere. He is in your situation, in your struggle, in your relationships, He is everywhere. He is waiting on you to run to Him and call out his name. When I was younger, I used to just want to believe in Jesus just to go to heaven. Now it is so much more. I call on his name not to go to Heaven but to thank Him for his unending love for each human being, to praise Him for His goodness, and to show my gratitude for His amazing existence. I was once in sin, a pornography addict since the age of 10, just by accidentally clicking an add. Satan wants to ruin you. His deeds may look or feel pleasant to you, but secretly he is laughing at you for falling into his trap and his games. The only way to overcome Satan is through Jesus, by wearing the robe of righteousness we can point our finger at the devil when he tempts us and say, "You do not own me, and you do not control me, GOODBYE"! And be free in the Lord! The Lord and His deeds are filled with such goodness, we just have to choose to follow Him to see His greatness and feel His loving presence. My prayers go out to you
