It's interesting that what you, george, call a "mischief" is a serious crime here (Sections 107 to 108c of the German Criminal Code) and the only crime(s) where the court might order the loss of the ability to hold public office, to vote and be elected in public elections.

I'll bet even you can do the math george. Even if there was cheating in Chicago, there is no realistic argument you can make that it would have changed the outcome of the election.

The columnist's statement was idiotic when he stated that the split vote would make it harder for Obama to win since he would lose up to 20 electoral votes under that system. The fact is that if Romney gains 20 electoral votes in Pa under a split vote system than he has won the state completely so splitting the votes wouldn't matter at all.
