@prettyjewel,
I hope, for the sake of the gene pool, you are using protection.
@jespah,
Yes.
At least three different kinds of birth control.

So, how did someone get the NSFW tag to show up in red? I didn't know you could do that.
If you're going to flag something as possibly objectionable, I'm not sure NSFW works. I had never encountered the acronym before, and had no idea what it meant. As the current love for obscure acronyms go, that's one of the more obscure. Which is not how you want a warning to function. I wasn't offended by the content either, tho the poster seems pretty clueless, which isn't uncommon in 17 year olds. She definitely could use some advice.
@MontereyJack,
My mind wants to ask: are there no parents involved?
Just saw someone else on another thread was as baffled by NSFW as I was. I don't think it's working.
@MontereyJack,
NSFW is a pretty standard internet acronym on forums for things like this, I think it strikes the right balance of what we are trying to say.
We aren't trying to censure or really take any sort of position about the topic and don't want it to be something in your face. Traditionally NSFW is added to forum titles to alert users viewing from work (where sometimes merely visiting a site with "porn" in the title can get one fired) that this might be a topic they want to peruse with discretion (about their internet history, etc).
Now that it is there people who wish to avoid such topics in certain settings can look for it, but if you don't get it (and given that it's new here there will be plenty of people who won't they aren't really the point of the feature anyway, it's the folks who do want it and get it that it's for) and didn't mind the topic content anyway then feel free to ignore it and carry on as usual.
@Robert Gentel,
Liar...by auto collapsing all such threads and making the content harder to get you have taken a position on the content of the thread. I am well aware that you are moving again to try to scrub A2K of content which disturbs the peace, this is very evident, lying about it only speaks to your charactor.
@hawkeye10,
how are these threads auto collapsed?
@hawkeye10,
I see that you've donned your sackcloth and ashes and decided to once again make an idiot out of yourself in public. A small-minded man with one key on his piano, you are.

Look at the blog post on the subject...Robert is collapsing all of these threads no matter the popularity just as he does unpopular threads...if you are not logged in or if you are but have have not changed you settings you have to click through to see the thread, which studies have shown very few people do.
@djjd62,
They aren't -- I think it's the default setting in "My Preferences" but you can change it so that they aren't collapsed.
@hawkeye10,
but surely that's not robert's fault, if people are too lazy or stupid to manage their own affairs, **** them (thank christ this is a
NSFW thread)
@sozobe,
already have, though i could see it even though the default was set to NO, i'm guessing because i never log out
@djjd62,
I had planned to do that but they aren't and won't be because today we also decided to implement the bad word filter. It's optional and all but Hawkeye is gonna go full ape-**** about how this changes everything yet again, forgetting that the last times he had to admit that he really couldn't notice any significant differences that he warned so loudly about.
But here's an easy prediction: he won't learn from his mistakes and is going to play chicken little yet again.
@MontereyJack,
NSFW is very common around these parts (New York, USA) . I'm not sure that ANY of A2K is 'Safe for Work'.

Huh? I'm trying to add three words to this hilarious Three-Word Thread and I just finished a classic retort to that idiot whose been posting on this Jesus-never-mentioned-Slavery thread. Why?
Because I need to review the numbers in your September Summary Report and I don't have your September Summary Report yet.
Oh, that. Well, let me just Copy this URL on this picture of an overloaded railroad car of hogs with the words "My baby takes the morning train..." under it and, just a second, ............PASTE it into the Funny Pictures- Slow Loading thread. Okay. Got it. Oh, look, what a funny cartoon!!!! Hilarious!!
They were splitting their sides when I told them this story down at the Unemployment Office.
