@TheLeapist,
I read the same thing about her prior firing.

I also heard she lived in the same building as David Axelrod.

If that's true...what a coinicidence Cool

@Finn dAbuzz,
do you have a point?

other than some kind of knee-jerk reaction that makes you stutter "but but but clinton?"

because you kind of sound like you're trying to excuse his behavior.

Just wait until the general election. I have it from good sources that the RNC is sitting on a blockbuster about Obama. Something about his national origins and not having a US birth certificate.

But have you noticed that not one word has ever been made concerning Obama and any other woman but his present wife? Are we to be believe Obama was asexual prior to his relations with Ms Obama?

OH OK...make sense. Limbaugh is a shock jock though, so being inappropriate is not a deal breaker, in fact it is a required part of the gig.

@DrewDad,
I thought my point was clear, but if not let me give it another go:

You're a hypocrite.

Little matter to me, but I thought for Democrats, being a hypocrite was worse than being an ax murderer.

There wasn't a more predictable knee-jerk reaction than your castigating Limbaugh.

You've made it abundantly clear over time that you have a tin-ear when it comes to things sensible so I'm not surprised that you have misheard what I've said.

I don't know what Cain's behavior was. I know something of what he has been accused of and I know he has denied all accusations. If I believe him over his accusers then there is no untoward behavior to excuse.

But I don't know who W dated before he married Laura or what Carter's lovelife might have been like before he married his wife. Ditto for Eisenhower, Johnson, Nixon, Ford or Poppy Bush.

Reagan was a Hollywood star (albeit of the B variety) and so there's probably a lot that has been published about his dating (and first marriage), and if we don't know the precise specifics, we can certainly guess about Kennedy and Clinton.

It seems there are a lot of questions about Obama's past, but I don't find them to be particularly interesting. I do know that right after he was elected some guy came out and declared that he had had sex with Obama in the back seat of a car, but I put no weight in such a claim.

The guy seems to genuinely love his wife and kids and I know of no reason to suspect he hasn't been faithful or that he had a checkered past.

I suspect that Valerie Jarrett nurses a deep but unrequited love for her boss, but that's pretty typical under the circumstances.

I doubt that there's anyone who's behavior is perfectly in line with their beliefs.

However, please show me where I've been hypocritical on this matter. With actual facts, and not something you've made up in your head.

I'll be very surprised if you get a response from Finn. It's my experience that he sneers, he accuses and then he slips away in the night. The last time i had an exchange with him, i asked him a question which he never answered. He did take one last parting shot, so i responded to that (you never know which will be his poorly aimed and almost always off-target attempt at a parthian shot) by pointing out that he was employing a straw man, asking him why he had not answered my question, and asking him that question again.

He has not posted a response, nor has he commented on any of my posts in any thread since that time. That's been weeks ago. Finn isn't interested in exchaning posts with people if it's going to be difficult, and especially not if he is going to be required to justify his sneers or answer questions which arise from the drivel he so commonly posts.

@Setanta,
The interesting thing about Bialek is that she filed two affedavits back when she was allegedly assaulted. These were filed waaay back before Cain was even considering any political run for anything.
Similarly with the other women, it isnt a smear campain recently carried out, it was a discovery of past behavior

Oh there's a smear campaign alright . . . and it's target is the women who filed complaints against him.

I don't know farmer man, what is worse, forgetting which agency you wish to eliminate or not knowing China already has nukes? Is that the choice it comes down to with republicans in their zeal to get any one but Romney to run against Obama? I don't understand, according to most polls, Romney is the only one to come out ahead of Obama in the general election polls.

@revelette,
It's clearly worse for someone who wants to be President to not understand the global nuclear balance than to forget a talking point. That the two points get compared shows how silly the political season has become.

@farmerman,
It crazy that the Republicans are running a field of candidate for 2012 that is making Palin look like a Mensa member in good standing.
