How do you feel about reparations?????
Would you support that government idea for giving black Americans reparations?
I mean Jews and Native Americans both recieve those, but what about black Americans and slavery?
and Al Sharpton was owned in slave times by Storm Thurmond, so should we make him in charge of dealing with who is to recieve those due to direct experience?

I feel pretty strongly about people who think it's cool to use FIVE question marks where one is enough. As far as reparations go, I'm not sure. I am British, and my country made a lot of money out of slavery, but right now we are rather strapped for cash, and I don't think we could afford a big payout. On the other hand, the money would probably get spent back into the economy. One question might be whether it would end up benefitting the wrong people.

Strom... Thurmond must have died at a grand old age of around 160-170. We must remember though that we are talking about biblical times here people.
I mean Sharpton's family were owned by Thurmond's family while slave.
It seems most of you guys only wish to not take serious the concerns of black Americans, but you will take serious Jewish.

I think every former living slave deserves reparations. These reparations should be paid by their former master or mistress, if they are still alive.

Well, Khalid Muhammad said Jews recieved some form of reparations, and Natives with their casinos and such. But no record of slavery reparations being given. Why?
