@JGoldman10,
You are a complete buffoon with a childish tendency to lash out when people don't agree with you. Ragman knows about cliched artwork and what is kitsch. Your drawings are all very nice, but they don't seem original or different in any way, they do have a very generic feel to them.

There isn't a huge market for such generic stuff, really young children are not suitable because of the violent nature of your stries. Bob the builder doesn't go round hitting people. It is so ironic that the main selling feature is their kitsch quality, something that has some appeal with the gay community. You couldn't make this **** up.

@izzythepush,
They don't go around hitting people. They fight crime - they don't initiate fisticuffs. They CONFRONT the bad guys. The BAD guys are the ones who start the fights.

Danger Mouse:

and Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse:

are all cartoon action heroes/superheroes. They got tough when they had to be- they didn't go around looking like maniacs all the time.

That is what I am trying to convey with my stuff here.

Okay, fine - I am trying to be nice; you aren't going to answer my question then BUG OFF.

I forgot I am trying to reason with a TROLL.

This is like DAVID trying to ask GOLIATH for help.

Well, of course, it is. Because Goliath, after all, was an ... (Psssttt! Everyone! You know what I'm going to say next. Say it out loud with me, please! On the count of three: one ... two ... THREE!) UNCIRCUMCIZED PHILISTINE. Yay! Smile Mr. Green

I just checked them out. I think they're fine, but I'm not the one to ask. Sad Well, except for collections of tame horror comics (in other words, not graphic) published decades ago that I've purchased in the last two years (which I know you don't approve of), the last time I bought any comic books was about 15 years ago when I bought Sonic the Hedgehog for my daughters. I know nothing about art. Just isn't my field. I'm reasonably adept at putting words together, but I don't have the "eye" for artistic images of any kind. I think Ragman's suggestion to test them out on a representative sample of your targeted group (for example, the children in your church) is a good idea. I hope your enterprise is a successful one.

I'm signing off for now.

No, I merely said they were rather generic, kitsch and more likely to appeal to a homosexual audience than anything else. Don't you ever smile Jason? Maybe if you did, you wouldn't be so angry all the time, it wouldn't make you gay. It's other things that do that.

I thought Ragman said he's a photographer, but you need an eye for both.

@JGoldman10,
You can definitely draw, but at the moment you seem quite generic. Look out the window, look at how people look, react etc, then put your observations into your cartoons, don't rely on what others do. You need to develop your own original style.

@wmwcjr,
Yes, Sonic the Hedgehog. I have heard of or have seen those comics - they have been out since the '90s and are still popular:

A FUNNY ANIMAL ACTION/ADVENTURE comic based on a popular video game franchise.

You all can't say there's no market for the type of comics I want to do.

Anyway, here is another pic of Tuffy and his brother Ruffy:

http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s36/MAvericker/tuffyandruffystanding11.jpg

This is somewhat of an improvement of the other two, and I took the time to clean it up.

Some people have accused me of plagiarizing and copying Looney Tunes and Tom and Jerry and I am not. That IS my drawing style - I was not copying them.

@JGoldman10,
If that sort of cartoon character style was there before you (and it was), it is understandable that your critics consider it plagiarizing, however impossible that claim would be to prove in cartooning.

So you keep cranking them away... (and I do mean crank).

Pls don't forget to include in your cartoons the message that you hate gays, non-Christians and people who are married or not who engage in sex. Love to hear you TRY to sell that sort of comic to any Christian group.
