But then, voting is compulsory here.

But actually I was wondering about what efforts were being made to inform the disadvantaged, to motivate them to vote.
In their own interests.

Mostly the disadvantaged are paying attention to themselves.

I'll admit I am not energetic here in Albuquerque, just call me a burn out. The whole city seems very stupid. I suppose I could wake up again., but not this week.
