How is God to blame for anything, and any of it, either way? Rather than evil people existing, or evolution flaws??

I do not know of any atheist that has ever blamed God for anything but I can see why they might say that the God delusion has created great suffering.

And if you say something to me, like, you would rather have people believe something is not true, just because, even though it is not...I guess my answer is, I would!...I would rather have them have wishful thinking...They suffer all the days of their life...Till death...

There is a big difference between lying to people and wishful thinking.

Again, I will ask you...Please quote this scripture you are talking about for me, I want to read, and interpret it...

That covers many places in the bible and I have not memorized all those places and even if I did do you think that you are not going to be confirmation biased and not try to candy coat them so that they appear non-sociopathic?

@spendius,
Many years ago the Chief Constable of Manchester, Sir James Anderton CBE, aka God's copper, announced his being a party to the thoughts of the Almighty.

Private Eye No 655 of Jan 23rd 1987 contained an editorial on the matter--

Quote:
The Godless hacks of Grub Street have reacted with their customary cynicism to suggestions by the eminent policeman, Chief Constable Knacker, that he hears voices and receives divine guidance when he is going up the motorway.
I will have no part of their mockery since I myself have from time to time been the recipent of celestial advice from what I take to be the Archangel Michael, whilst in the back of my Rolls Royce.
While not necessarily of the moral stature of the Knacker messages I believe that my own messages are genuine visitations of the deity.
The most recent of these was when the Archangel told me to buy two million shares in the brewing giant, Gnomess, but not to tell anyone about it.
It was not my place to question the mysterious ways of the Supreme Being, so I at once did as I was commanded.
I am as amazed as Chief Constable Knacker at the subsequent furore.

@reasoning logic,
It would, and the solution is in your hands.

We can bring things to your attention, but we can't make you see it.

Maybe if you are very specific you would be able to get other atheist to see it and they could explain it to me or possibly you could get Frank an agnostic to see your position and then he could explain it to me. or you could just try and explain your view point to me in a coherent way. Idea

I just want to say this...I have been hit with an absolute, pure, sheer moment of humility...

And am moved by God, and compelled, to say so...

I suck at many things, Christian, and non-Christian....All I am trying to do, is give you a broader perspective from what I see, and experience...

And in return, I wish to see all of yours...

So I just want to say...If you guys do not like what I have to say...Then by all means, do not even listen to me, at all...

I am truly, no greater, than any other man alive...And fail miserably, at times...That it makes me sick, to even think about...

I am in no way close to perfect...And am just explaining things, how I see them...In which, I may be wrong about many things...

Go out, and find your own ways...

And go, and find someone, who you think gives a better perspective, of Christianity, if you do not like mine...

I really love all you guys, and girls on here...And love you all, very, very much!

I cherish these times I have on here, No matter how much I act like a dick, at times...

I want you all to know, I have great respect, and love for you all, deep down!...And wish nothing but the best for, you all!! Always!

So I want to grow, and continue to be open-minded about, what you all have to say...

And I hope you in return, you will be open-minded, to me...

But I just wanted to say, God bless you all!! You are all in my prayers, always!

Have a great day!!

I will answer your replies, Logic, Later...

@reasoning logic,
I've had no problems pointing things out to atheists, just the wilfully myopic. For example I told you that asking Foofie if any of his relatives were involved in organised crime was anti-Semitic. You couldn't see it. Nothing to do with Atheism agnosticism or Druidism me old mucker.

Okay rl. Do you want to see Christianity abolished and, if so, what regulations would you legislate for those aspects of life which the Church tries to control if only by inculcating a sense of shame and self-disgust at behaviour which goes against its strictures?

That's easy enough.

This is going to be an easy one Spendius. I would like to see Christianity started and the old evil teaching of the past and present ended. When I say Christianity I am not talking about the status quo. What we have today is a far cry from the teachings of Jesus.

I would put an end to wage slavery, I would put an end to welfare for those able to work. What I would do is teach that everyone who is capable of working be required to work unless you have saved for retirement or you have someone willing to provide for you.
The church teaches the status quo that the sky is the limit no mater what happens and that is a very sociopathic way for society to progress and it hinders the well being of all those who are not dealt a hand in life that is equal to others who can sit on their ass and rake in a living without contributing to society.

Could you imagine if we applied the scientific method 10,000 years ago and did not go to war with one another but instead we used all of that labor and treasure to build everyone a house and helped those who were in a less desirable situation?

I would think that everyone on earth could have their own castle if that is what they chose.

Image a world where morality and the scientific method was taught as a must in school when you were growing up.

@izzythepush,
If antisemitism is a suspicion of, hatred toward, or discrimination against Jews for reasons connected to their Jewish heritage.

Then how is asking someone if they may have had any relatives that were involved in organized crime anti-Semitic ?

Some people are proud to be related to the mafia and so forth but all I was asking was a question, for you to think that I might have been accusing his ancestors of criminal activity is something you came to all on your own.

As far as I know everyone has committed some crime in their life time.
