Number one, i see you claiming that god talks to you, which is a fairly extreme claim among theists, most of whom never make such claims. You claim to be a prophet (and provide no evidence). You claim that people have wanted to attack you but backed when they "sensed the presence of god." (You walk around with god on your shoulder?) You have claimed that have known what people were going to say before they said it. That one's problematic, because if you approach someone in public, they will often say "Hi," so that's a no brainer. If you're claiming that you were able to predict profound and complicated utterances, i frankly don't believe you. You also claim to be persecuted; among thesists, and especially christians, who revere martyrdom, that's bragging.

Number two, what it meant was i see no evidence of wisdom in this thread--duh-uh.

Oh, and whole speil about being a fair man, and embracing forgiveness? That's blowing your own horn, too. Keep your forgiveness for someone who might actuall value it.

If you think me saying I am a fair man, and embrace forgiveness is blowing my horn...Then perhaps it is because you know (in your heart) it is a good thing to do, but said it is not??

I will explain this once more....It is not bragging to me if it is asked, and I explain...If you or others feel that is bragging, then I guess I am....I do not consider that to be bragging, and can not see how you could think it is if it is bullshit....But If I am asked, and explain my side, I consider that being truthful to the one who has sent the Gift, and giving praise to him....Not bragging about myself, But glorifying God....

And if others ask in the future, I will continue to explain how I believe it is so....If you have such a problem with that, then go around and warn every person who joins this site, By your ability to tear posts to shreds, but denial of partnership here) And tell them all not to ask me about how I have a special knowledge about God....And I can assure you, and anyone else, it will never be brought up again! Wink

I didn't say it is not a good thing to be, as usual, you find a twisted characterization rather than simply reading what i've said and taking the meaning embodied in the words. Perhaps you are a good man. That is not, however, for you to say. Others can judge for themselves. On such a basis, i see no reason at all to think that you "embrace forgiveness." My experience is that you cherish grudges.

This is, to me evidence of delusion. In effect, you're saying it's all true, that you have a "gift." Not only can we not know if much of that is true, we have no reason to assume it's true just because you have said so. Saying so is boastfulness on your part--it seems to me that all this is very important to you, that you seem to need to be seen as god's good buddy. I see no reason to believe any of it.

That is fine, and I see no reason to believe I am being boastful....In saying it then....

Apparently to God, If he speaks to me....It is important to him, to tell people the truth if they ask it of me....

Which is what I have done, and will continue to do, when others ask me how or why or about me....

My scripture says the truth shall set you free, and so I believe that to be....

Whether it ends up being a good thing, or one actually seeks after my life one day....

I have spoken to be what I feel is the truth from God....You do not have to believe it if you do not want to....But don't call it bragging, if one asks and I answer them....

They are the ones who were not ready for the answer to their own question....I can not help them out then....

Setanta doesn't read my posts so he cannot respond to my saying that to say there is no wisdom on this thread requires the person saying it to have wisdom in order to know what it is there isn't on this thread. And that's serious bragging. It's also bullshit.

So all the rest of you know, the logic cannot be refuted, and anyway it's standard practice in certain types of social milieux, so every time he claims he's not bragging you can all have a good snigger.

A belly laugh is healthier than a snigger the quacks say.

It means that Just because you do not have any reason to assume I speak truth, Does not mean that everyone else should feel the same way you do about me....

Matter of fact, whether they agree with me or not, I have many friends on here and few enemies....

Which means to me personally, I am not a bragger, nor do I treat people like ****....Nor do I act condescending....They respect me, and I respect them....

And just because you personally believe you have no reason to assume I am speaking truth....Does not mean that I am not speaking truth....It only means what you stated....That you are only assuming that I am not speaking truth....Because you persoanlly feel there is no reason to be...

I understood it....And I said thanks for it....I do not know if you read it above or not, or if you missed it....But my thanks to you, at the top of the page... was for agreeing that he clearly was saying, he thinks he has wisdom above others....Or that no one in this thread is showing any kind of Wisdom....

I do not know how much validity you hold to my comments, or if you think I am a huge Hypocrite here....Because you personally feel I brag....But in any event I felt it was appropriate to back you up, because I agree with everything you said....

I've spent many decades in pubs weeding out the chaps who initiate conversational gambits or digressions which I knew were going to end up in some form of self praise or other from those who enjoy a proper conversation about *******, fighting, football or fancy footwork.

Setanta was bragging alright and without taking any risks because he thinks we are all thick. I'm spurious as well. At least Spades takes a risk. He risks us all thinking he's off his noggin goodstyle. Jesus risked the same thing. In a world far less tolerant than ours.

You have to be a bit out of it as well when you don't know that we can see it coming from a mile off when the conversational gambits or digressions get started and we know there's a bed of sweet smelling roses on the end of it all spread out for the nuisance to float into.

"There's no wisdom on here" is a claim to be ******* Plato. On a good day.

There's gold in them thar 'ills.
