Dumb move. Let's not forget: Beck didn't get dropped because Fox had some change of heart about his message. He got dropped because the Glenn Beck brand stopped making money. Whoever has invested in Mr. Beck will soon find out what Fox did. You can't really sell advertisements for things when your show sells the idea of inevitable doom. The only advertisers you get want you to buy gold, and wilderness supplies. Bad move for Beck.


Oh, that's funny. I had not thought about that. Given how powerful auto-correct features are on browsers and phones, I think many Beck supporters may find themselves lost in the internet world.

djjd62 - Embarrassing confession: When I was 12, I actually did think "GLBT" was a sandwich, and I was always trying to figure out what the G-ingredient was. I was too embarrassed to ask, so one day I suggested to my parents that we make some for lunch, and I was going to watch and see what they put on it. I was disappointed is wasn't guacamole. This makes 12yo me equally as intelligent as Sarah Palin in your joke. This speaks ill of my youth.

Today is the very last of Glenn Beck?
That really upsets me .... I regularly watched clips of his programs (not living in the US) to pick up tips from his fabulous blackboard presentations.
As a teacher, I was awed & learnt so much from him!
Of course, everything that he said was utter rubbish, but his blackboard skills were to die for!

One of his biggest followers goes under the name, Michele Bachmann.

I've never been a fan of Glenn Beck. He's has too large a sense of self-importance and I consider him a bit weird, but to suggest he is a cretin, a moron, or ignorant is simply ridiculous.

But I have seen enough of his hysterical antics (plenty, actually) via the internet (including plenty here on A2K) to feel pretty confident I'm probably fairly correct in my assessment.

Beck goes out with the fourth highest rated cable news program, averaging almost 1.8 million viewers, the man is extremely talented. I will be interested to see his next act, it will likely be pretty good.
