@PDiddie,

These pictures are nice. I never knew spots like those existed in the States. Thanks for putting that together, appreciated.

@PDiddie,
Next time, PDiddie! So glad you're going to retire in the area.

I read the blog, neato video of the bridge and gorge.

It will soon be 10 years -time flies- since I met Bob and other A2Kers.
I will always remember my good friend dys.

@fbaezer,
I particularly remember one of Bob's gems, he said "This world may be illusion, but it's the only one we've got."

@JLNobody,
I (we, this time, to be correct) stayed until a few days before his death in ABQ. I've talked with him a lot, but less than the years before.
However, he said indeed quite often your quote, JL. And then added a number of persons, who didn't know/recognise that Wink

The very best day was, when the women drove to Santa Fe and the two of us were on our own. Smile

Memories ....

PDiddie, thank you for the wonderful photos--you have a good eye.

McTag, there are so many places like Taos and Santa Fe in the US. Even old Albuquerque has its moments.

Thanks all for your thoughts. I love reading them. I love remembering him.

@margo,
He is greatly missed, Margo, and I think he will always be missed by those who knew him on a2k and, especially, by those who met him in person.

@Diane,
Several of us talked about him in NYC this past week. I finally met Frank Apisa, who Bob once called "the patron saint of agnosticism." People still laugh at that one! (It's SO Bob.)

@Eva,
Well, Frank would probably croak if he ever heard us refer to St. Bob.

@roger,
Ha! Maybe I should have called Frank "St. Francis" last week!

Bob is constantly in my thoughts. He left more than a memory because he touched so many lives.

@Diane,
Dear Diane, your recollection here of our (two couple) visit in southern Arizona gave me some sweet moments also. How wonderful to have loving memories.

@Diane,
I think of him still, Diane. Just today I came back after many many years away from A2K, hoping to find friends here still. Makes me smile. Hope you are doing well and would love to be in touch again. How many Crones and Sages are still online *here*?

@cobalt,
Cobalt! It's so good to see you.

A2K isn't as popular as it once was for many of the old timers because it has become even crankier than before. I am on Facebook more often now although it isn't as useable or chatty as a2k.
