@coldjoint,
Given how pissed america is with washington I am inclined to agree that hillary is hopeless. Likely the D's are not smart enough to see this in time so this will be the R's election to lose. Walker is the guy I think, perhaps Bush.

The chatter out of Washington indicates that almost no one in that town knows or cares that the peoples patience with their refusal to work together and bull **** games is over, which would be right in line with their recent pattern of incompetence. We are going to put in a cleaner, prob a governor, to do the job we sent The Professor to do.

I read something yesterday that struck but cant remember who said it, something about Hillary's earnestness and fake empathy and tinny call for change is going to not go over well with an electorate that is fed up with the bullshit from her and the rest of the Washington elite. This plus that fact that she is a relatively unpracticed politician and a relatively inept one as well is going to sink her fast if the D moneymen decide that she is the one.

I am not sure that this is right, but it sounds right.

Perhaps you seek truth, perhaps you value hearing what people really think. What you hear almost everywhere in America today are views that have been run through the PC filter, and propaganda from the elite. What you get at A2K is different.

Now it sounds like hope coming from you.

Anyway...for the record, I have been saying for the last year and a half...that she will not run. I have no idea of why anyone wants that job, but I think she is too smart to make that mistake.

We shall see.

I hope you are right, but was wondering, who will run and win if she don't? There is nobody else on either side really.

If you want a single reason for why Democrats lost big Tuesday it’s this: Median family income continues to drop, the first “recovery” when this has occurred. Meanwhile, all the economic gains are going to the richest Americans. If the Republicans think they can reverse this through their supply-side, trickle-down, fiscal austerity policies, they’re profoundly mistaken. The public will soon discover this. But if the Democrats believe they can reverse it simply by raising taxe...s on the rich and redistributing to everyone else, they are mistaken, too.

We need to raise the minimum wage, invest in education and infrastructure, lift the cap on income subject to Social Security payroll taxes, resurrect Glass-Steagall and limit the size of the banks, make it easier for low-wage workers to unionize, raise taxes on corporations with high ratios of CEO pay to average worker pay, and much more. In other words, we need an agenda for shared prosperity. Over the next two years the Democrats have an opportunity to advance one. If they fail to do so, we’ll need a new opposition party that represents the interests of the vast majority.

The real reason why the righties are shouting Abortion is killing & its supporters are murderers:
So people, including our lazy-ass media will ignore the many ways in which the righties are trying to kill us.
Just to name a few -

*Wanting to deny a woman a right to terminate her pregnancy even if it will take away her life.
*Taking away healthcare from those that have no other opportunity to purchase healthcare.
*Taking away food stamps from those that are hungry.
*Taking away free school breakfasts or lunches from those that may not eat anything else all day.
*Poisoning our water and our air. Poisoning the animals that are used as a food source.
*Chemically Altering our food supply.
*Sending our children to die or be disabled in endless wars & so what if we kill innocent people in other countries.
*Ignoring the scientific fact that climate change is real & it is causing people & animals to lose their shelters & food supplies.
*Ignoring every single humanitarian crises that is outside of our borders - except when it crosses into our borders, such as children escaping violence or ebola.
*Using military style tactics to defend themselves for murdering people in the streets.

And it is all being done in the name of Christianity and Profits.

Isn't time we start calling these people what they really are? Isn't it time WE take control of the messaging?
These people aren't Pro-Life. These people govern by being Pro-Death.

Ummmm, you may be mistaken, there, Frank Apisa, but then again, you might be more right than wrong.

I have studied the personality of Hillary Clinton in minute detail. We have in Hillary a remarkably ambitious power-loving female, and I suspect her aspiration is second to none in the quest for her goal, the White House. Stubbornness is a part of her personality. Observe how she has crafted her plan to run by carefully avoiding stating what her presidential plans are while super pacs all over the place are taking in money for her campaign; her presence overshadows any Democratic presidential candidate wannabe, with the possible exception of Bernie Sanders.....Hillary is relentless in her determination to capture the prize. And what a prize it will be for the first woman president of the United States of America!!!

After leaving the White House with Bill, she ran for the US Senate from New York. On her agenda was the pursuit of the White House which she promptly put into action. She was well on her way with very little strong opposition from the Republican side, in fact, they diminished in size compared to the former First Lady. And then along came Barack Obama, US senator from Chicago.

We all saw how Hillary lost to Obama but she desperately wanted to be Vice President since she was not nominated by the Dems. There were forces within the Obama camp against giving Hillary that second spot, and so it was decided they would rather have Hillary in the Cabinet as Secretary of State than working against the president.

As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has raised her profile tremendously, and is now a powerful force to be reckoned with. She realizes she will have Obama's base, Latinos, African Americans, women, Gays, Asians, moderates, Liberals, Independents, and those desperately wanting ObamaCare. The base will be with her, although I must admit not as fully as with President Obama. Also, those people who lagged behind in 2014 not voting will be out in full swing and it's a possibility the Dems will kick out many GOP and recapture many seats for the congress.

***On a side note, Ted Cruz is up for reelection 2016. I hope to see that most undesirable soundly defeated.***

Hillary has never given up her goal for the White House; she was pushed to the side for 8 years, but unless she encounters some physical health problems, I cannot envision her not running for the crown.

It is true, compared to Elizabeth Warren, Hillary comes across as more hawkish and in the throes of Wall Street. The more this is compounded in the minds of Americans paying attention, the less in awe they will remain of her. However, if Elizabeth Warren is not going to run, Hillary Clinton is the only game in town for Democrats, Liberals and moderates. Minorities truly have no where to turn because they instinctively run from Republicans like they are an open basket filled with live poisonous vipers.

@Moment-in-Time,
I want nothing more than to vote in a national election for Hillary, MiT...but my feelings for some time now has been that she is exhausted...and really does not want to put up with the incredible pettiness the right will bring to a candidacy.

We'll see.

I've been very wrong before...and this may be another case of it.

As for Cruz...I am hoping he is the head of the Republican presidential ticket. The man is a walking loser. I suspect even as the second man on the Republican ticket...he would spell doom for them.
