@coldjoint,
If you're not in that position, how can you claim those getting unemployment benefits will not accept a job offer?
Unemployment benefits are TIME LIMITED. Why won't they accept a job offer?
Are you claiming they prefer going hungry and live on the streets?
You lack common sense, and don't know much about anything - including unemployment benefits.

California and New York are two of the biggest losers now that 1.3 million people have lost their long-term unemployment benefits.
@coldjoint,
How am I "over-extending" myself? Just because we call on all of your bull shyt?
@coldjoint,
You wrote,

We all know who the dummy is here. You can't even translate your own writing correctly.
Many people who are collecting unemployment actually need to be collecting disability. They are falling through the cracks because our austere government cannot appear to be too socialist in such a christian tea party climate now can we? The Wisconsin labor force is hurting while their elite are eating cake. (cynical)
I feel like what I say will be doubted and scrutinized as to my own motives.
I don't mind being scrutinized but I do mind begin misunderstood.
@coldjoint,
The Nation has its first budget surplus since President Clinton.
@RexRed,
Absolutely true. A lot of those imprisoned need to be hospitalized, not punish.
@bobsal u1553115,
The US has a budget surplus right now?

WASHINGTON -- House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said the families of victims of the 2012 Benghazi, Libya, attack have reached out to lawmakers to ask them not to launch another probe into the incident.
"Two of their families have called us and said, 'Please don't take us down this path again,'" Pelosi said during her weekly press conference. "It's really hard for them. It's very sad."
Rep. Louise Slaughter's (D-N.Y.) office confirmed that a family member from the maternal side of Tyrone Woods' family called on Thursday to express support for the congresswoman's position on the issue, which is that another probe is not necessary. Woods was one of the CIA contractors killed in the attack. A Democratic aide said another family also has reached out to Democrats.
Pelosi's remarks come as Democrats are trying to figure out what role, if any, they want to have in a new select committee on Benghazi that House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) announced this week. During her briefing, Pelosi says she's waiting to talk to Boehner personally before Democrats decide their next steps.
Not that she thinks the committee has any serious goals. She chalked up the formation of the new panel to Republicans wanting a fresh face for their ongoing political attacks on the matter. For months, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) has been criticizing the administration over Benghazi in his role as chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Ongoing congressional probes into the incident have produced little new information, however.
"This is a stunt," Pelosi said. "Issa is damaged goods. They had to move to another venue with another chairman."
This story has been updated to include that Slaughter's office confirmed a call from a family member of Tyrone Woods.

You know who else called people "haters"?
Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) does, so he took to the House floor on Friday afternoon to offer a Third Reich comparison that was bizarre even for Third Reich comparisons.
So, who's resembling the Nazis now? It's the gay rights advocates, of course.
After he said that Christians really "love homosexuals," Gohmert channeled Martin Niemöller while lamenting the persecution of gay marriage opponents.
So it is amazing that in the name of liberality, in the name of being tolerant, this fascist intolerance has arisen. People that stand up and say, you know, I agree with the majority of Americans, I agree with Moses and Jesus that marriage was a man and a woman, now all of a sudden, people like me are considered haters, hate mongers, evil, which really is exactly what we've seen throughout our history as going back to the days of the Nazi takeover in Europe. What did they do? First, they would call people "haters" and "evil" and build up disdain for those people who held those opinions or religious views or religious heritage. And then the next came, well, those people are so evil and hateful, let's bring every book that they've written or has to do with them and let's start burning the books, because we can't tolerate their intolerance.
Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) says:
Quote: So it is amazing that in the name of liberality, in the name of being tolerant, this fascist intolerance has arisen. People that stand up and say, you know, I agree with the majority of Americans, I agree with Moses and Jesus that marriage was a man and a woman, now all of a sudden, people like me are considered haters, hate mongers, evil
A great big FAIL for Rep. Louie Gohmert (but, hey, he's from Texas, so what can you expect?) As a matter of fact a clear MAJORITY of Americans support same-sex marriage. Gohmert is now nothing but a discarded relic on the ash heap of history. Sorry, Louie, you're SO Last Millennium. To somehow try to wipe the slate clean and try to deny that gays have been victimized, belittled, scorned, attacked, and fired, and treated as second-class citizens for decades, and now suddenly tt try to portray yourself as a victim because you buy into that same mentality of discrimination and unconstitutionally try to deny gays equal rights is so totally perverse it's mind-boggling. Hey, remember our last unlamented loser Republican candidate for president, with some of his prep school schoolmates, physically attacked a fellow classmate because they thought he was gay. Who were the fascists there? No. Louie, you're a louse, and you lose.
@coldjoint,
Quote: Remember the one that drank heavily did cocaine and smoked pot
Oh, you mean George W. Bush, the asshole in chief? Yeah, him. As well as all the Wall Street financial industry types making the 10 million dollar bonuses for trashing the economy, where cocaine was pretty much the drug of choice, yeah, them too.
@coldjoint,
ice brain posts a blurb that's not supported by any credible media, and he thinks he hit the jackpot. What a ******* dork!

GOP's Benghazi Smoking Gun Goes Up in Smoke
Quote:There's only one problem—well, actually, there are many, but one big one: The email appears to have been incorrect. Ansar al-Sharia in Benghazi, the group suspected of attacking the consulate, never claimed responsibility for the assault. In fact, according to Aaron Zelin, a fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy who monitors jihadist activity online, Ansar al-Sharia in Benghazi didn't post about the attack on its Facebook or Twitter page until September 12, the day after the attack. They expressed their approval of the incident, but they didn't take credit; they did imply members of the group might have been involved, according to Zelin, stating, "Katibat Ansar al-Sharia [in Benghazi] as a military did not participate formally/officially and not by direct orders." The statement also justifies the attack by implicitly alluding to the anti-Islam video linked to unrest in other parts of the Middle East, saying, "We commend the Libyan Muslim people in Benghazi [that were] against the attack on the [Muslim] Prophet [Muhammad]."
"It is possible staffers were mistaken in the heat of the moment," wrote Zelin in an email to Mother Jones. "Not only was there no statement from ASB until the following morning, but it did not claim responsibility." (Zelin provided Mother Jones with screenshots of AAS's Twitter feed and Facebook page, which he also provided to CNN. It's possible the posts could have been deleted, but there's no way to prove that.)
All the charges are from right wing nuts who can't see the facts that were already presented.
