@coldjoint,
I pick up bad vibes from you. Often. Not saying I disagree with who you are. Vibes. Feelings. Wish you well on your search.

"Over the past four years, over three million young Americans have been able to stay on their family plans. And over the past five and a half months alone, more than five million Americans have signed up to buy private health insurance plans on HealthCare.gov—plans that can no longer discriminate against preexisting conditions or charge you more just because you’re a woman or a cancer survivor—and millions more have enrolled in Medicaid." —President Obama, on the fourth anniversary of the Affordable Care Act.

WHY ARE THESE MEN HIGH-FIVING EACH OTHER? Because last night, they passed Georgia’s dangerous NRA-backed bill HB 60. If Gov. Deal signs it, guns will be allowed in K-12 schools, bars, government buildings and some churches – and Georgia’s ‘Stand Your Ground’ law will be expanded to protect felons who kill using illegally possessed guns: http://bit.ly/1laprv2

Gov. Deal has 40 days to sign the bill into law. Now is the time to make your voices LOUD. SHARE this post – and no matter where you live – contact the Governor this weekend (FREQUENTLY) and tell him to VETO HB 60:

Isn't this illegal? Why do we have law enforcement agencies not doing their jobs and bringing these tax evaders to justice?

Is our government and law enforcement really that corrupt?

What? The stand your ground laws have nothing to do with felons. That statement is ridiculous, and a lie, like usual.

Wow guns in government buildings? Next thing there will be guns in Police departments. Idiot. And guns in schools just might prevent innocents from dying at the hands of some freak. The same for churches. Bars, they could prevent crimes like assault also.

@RexRed,
How come I feel like wiping my ass after hearing tripe like that? Soros won't run out of money so MoveOn ,scripted partly by the WH. MSNBC, will keep the **** flowing. And all those wicked victims of life and the unbearable cruelty of the freest country in the world will open their mail and cash their government checks and complain they aren't getting more.

Obama’s Administration Is Rewriting the First Amendment in Plain Sight

Quote:
“Obama is the sixth administration that’s been in office since I’ve been doing Freedom of Information Act work. … It’s kind of shocking to me to say this, but of the six, this administration is the worst on FOIA issues. The worst. There’s just no question about it,” said Katherine Meyer, a Washington lawyer who’s been filing FOIA cases since 1978. “This administration is raising one barrier after another. … It’s gotten to the point where I’m stunned — I’m really stunned.” The quote comes from a Politico article.

What are they hiding? It has to be something illegal. Corruption? You bet.

Obama Secretly Rewrote Freedom Of Information Act to Exclude Him And All WH Docs

https://wtpotus.files.wordpress.com/2011/10/lawless-obama-conservativebyte-dotcom.jpg%3Fw%3D500?w=780

Quote:
On April 15, 2009, a mere four months after he was sworn into office, the president decided to secretly rewrite the Freedom Of Information Act, which is designed to inform the public and provide oversight of various government activities and behavior to keep any of what it called “White House equities” from being released without a White House review:

The rewrite came in an April 15, 2009, memo from then-White House Counsel Greg Craig instructing the executive branch to let White House officials review any documents sought by FOIA requestors that involved "White House equities."

That phrase is nowhere to be found in the FOIA, yet the Obama White House effectively amended the law to create a new exception to justify keeping public documents locked away from the public.

The equities exception is breathtaking in its breadth. As the Greg memo put it, any document request is covered, including "congressional committee requests, GAO requests, judicial subpoenas and FOIA requests."

Lying from the start. And covering his ass, that would make any Chicago politician proud. Abuse of power? It sure is.

@coldjoint,
Before idiots complain about Obama rewriting the law maybe they should read the actual law.

http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCODE-2009-title5/html/USCODE-2009-title5-partI-chap5.htm

The memo states...
"This is a reminder that all ..."

It hardly created new law. I was simply a reminder to agencies that interagency requests fall under special rules in the law.
