So Ken's categorisation of rape into the following: serious rape, proper rape and classic rape, are common sense. Thanks for pointing that out, if you hadn't I would have thought he was talking bollocks

You really didn't ought to depict our Justice Secretary is such an absurdly caricatured light for our international friends izzy.

Perhaps the feminists were inflamed by his idea that a guilty plea coming early enough to save the alleged victim an ordeal in court deserved some reward in sentence tariffs.

The feminists just love the victim's ordeal being described in court, i.e. can be reported on legally, and thus any encouragement to prevent it would not be in their interests. The more opportunities feminists have to bestialise men the better as you self-evidently believe yourself. I'm inclined to think that the alleged victims also love to describe the ordeal, if such it was, themselves. It is obvious that consumers of media also love it too.

Are you a Grauniad reader?

One has to remember that a female editoress of Cosmopolitan, who we might assume to be fairly intelligent, apologised for all the harm done to ordinary women during her tenure. I don't recall her name but I saw her say it.

I don't read the Daily Mail if that's what you think. Anyway there are far less spelling mistakes now it's moved to Berliner format. Did you see Have I Got News For You? Someone said Ken always looks like he's on his way to the opera. 'It's all very well and good to talk about rape, but I've got tickets to Rigoletto.'

I may have had more time for Ken, had he not spent so much time doing the rounds, and digging a bigger hole for himself each time, only stopping when Cameron told him to shut the **** up. How long has this man been a politician?

Sad and amusing case happen in south Florida where some government genus decided that pregnant women being held on illegal immigration charges would be allow out of detention and parole to the community.

One young lady claimed a need for medical care and was send to our public hospital where she enter some guy hospital room and had random sex with him getting herself pregnant.

After being released she then had an abortion so yes women will do more then give a blow job to get out of a lockup.

Thanks for the revelation izzy. I'll bear it in mind. I'm well aware of the difficulties involved. The problem for an objective observer is that solving them, which I am 100% in favour of, might lead to economic ruination and thus exacerbate them.

When Mrs Thatcher, a serious feminist, understandably of course, announced that councils had a mandatory duty to find decent housing for mothers with children she caused untold numbers of young women to go out and get themselves impregnated. Then she announced that if they lived in the house for a certain number of years they could buy it at half price. So some of them got married, in white usually and looking as innocent as a snowdrop in the dew, to get the finance. Then they got divorced on some trumped up allegations which most blokes let go by and took possession of a house with somebody else paying the mortgage, the council tax and doing repairs. Just with a wiggle of the hips.

I once invested in a small block of flats (12) which were used by such young ladies. Never again. I don't need a Weatherman to know which way the wind blows. My bank account will carry the scars unto the will reading.

Young women really are too much for us blokes. By a considerable amount.

Veblen taught me not to class only those who fit the crude biological definition of female as female in the economic sense. And as economics designs biological satisfactions it has precedence over them because the biology is incapable of doing the job.

Just as the mind takes precedence over the body, as in mowing the lawn or jogging, because the body only has a small range of functions to satisfy and our intelligence has reached a stage where they soon bore us. Your hour of rising in the morning is a good guide to how quickly the boredom sets in. As is the duration of frankly explicit sexual connection.

But that's another world.

Ms Diallo (5ft 11 inches, described as "sturdy" in spite of her HIV-AIDS status, and a former asylum-seeker on grounds of rape and/or mass rape and/or genital mutilation - records in her case are sealed, but the asylum application was granted on one or more of these grounds) stands in an entirely different category than Ms. Banon (a white, educated, middle-class professional) being a pitch-black cleaning lady struggling to make ends meet. The first woman had the wherewithal (cultural, economic, social, educational, familial, etc) to fight off unwanted advances - and did so.

The second woman didn't. The main winners from this prosecution in New York in France so far are Ms. Le Pen's extreme-right followers (Front National) and oddly also the extreme left. The socialists (Strauss-Kahn's political allies) can't play the populist card - or the race card, usually blocking Le Pen - against this combination any longer, and have resorted to conspiracy theories and "linguistic misunderstanding", even though Ms. Diallo speaks French, etc, etc....

Sound like the maid will be the winner to the tune of millions of dollars assuming her case does not fall apart.

If your posting is correct she got to stay in the US by claiming one rape and now will become rich by claiming another rape.

Now how about giving us the links to the claims that she got to stay in the US by claiming being a victim of rape before as I had not been able to find such.

Did you see where it is clearly stated the judicial records in such asylum cases are ...... sealed? If not, go back and read carefully once again. We can't publish this information in the States, the French and the Africans can. Look up their sources, they have pictures of the woman and blood test reports:

Strange you feel free to post her picture but not give a link to a foreign newspaper.

Somehow I am beginning to question your claim information so have anyone else run into the claim that she had used a rape in an asylum case?

You really have trouble with reading - at least you managed "sealed" records, a good start, so maybe you can advance to the "and / or" usage:
