I'll be bald, a guy we all like who is talented has a bank account, terrific talent, and no damn knowledge but facility.

A wimper from me - to whom he doesn't listen - look at the giant strelitzia by the walk.

please stop for a while, Morgan and learn to look.

@ossobuco,
He’s too stubborn; he likes taking things apart and putting them back together again. Last week he told me he wanted to jack hammer the front walkway and put in pavers, geez, we’re won’t even be living here much longer!

@MMarciano,
****, if he does that, I wish he'd change the grades.

Oh, but he doesn't get grading yet (not to yell at him, neither does your city).

@ossobuco,
If you look at it from Antonio’s hall it sort of flows, this is the smaller arch I put in.

@ossobuco,
Of course Morgan doesn't understand grading but I mentioned how to work it a year or two ago, at least as a thought to be thought about.

Is florida bereft of civil engineers and landscape architects?

Clearly the drainage is shitteroo.

@jcboy,
You're doing all that, you want a tile roof.

No I do respect your input.

Actually I was thinking of some type of tile roof but not the rounded tiles, some kind of slate roof. Cool

@Ceili,
Sometimes there is no reasoning with him. He's actually good at designing the outside though, inside? well Drunk

@MMarciano,
The good part is that you don't care, Marco.
I'd have to kill him, or at least send a whole lot of banana skins.

@ossobuco,
LOL I think I would too! I haven’t seen a lot of the inside of their house, some, but not all. I’ve lived in this town for ten years now and I will admit after he had the house painted, new hurricane windows, shutters and the landscaping he’s done, it’s never looked better.

@Sloan,
Eh, the place doesn't drain.

Of course, that is a city mess, and you all should be asking about that.

@jcboy,
Slate, then I'd have to kill you from afar.

Listen to me for once, you seem to be going for making your perfectly ok tract house into a spanish place.

DON'T.

This goes on in LA, people there do it all the time. Lots of fucked up houses. Some of that started in my old neighborhood in Venice - names of architects playing, mostly we liked it.

In the meantime, tract houses have gained traction as being themselves.

Our company was in the the Times wah wah, big feature. That was a job I hated.

Please stop all this and do some studying.

JC, you are spending money reactively. Calm down and read more.

PLEASE, learn about houses.

@ossobuco,
I bought a house in London 10 years ago and ripped it apart and rebuilt all the interiors. Every year did something new to it (internally as planning laws don't allow me to change the exterior). Last year I redid the bathroom (all marble, big jacuzzi, rain shower) and then I had to leave an move to Singapore. I still remember my house so fondly. I do hope my tenants are showing it the same TLC as I did.

@ossobuco,
Okay so what do you think of recessed lighting? I’m thinking of having six installed in the Florida room. I had them in my condo in CA and I actually like them, only thing that I didn’t care for was they get hot!
