Good news, good action from you and the management company.

There’s a house across the street that went up for sale a couple weeks ago. It’s been vacant since I first moved here. I had my real-estate friend check into it a while back, not bank owned, he said it was owned outright by a man living in Ohio, thought maybe it was his winter home but he may be getting on in years and didn’t use it anymore.

I’m seriously considering trying to get this house.

Keep this up jc and you'll own the whole block maybe even the neighbourhood. One thing is for sure, it will be the best looking area in town.

I haven't heard from the property management company yet but when I came home today the for rent sign was already down.

I didn’t think they would have a problem renting it again. Its very cute, newly painted inside and out. Plus a beautiful new kitchen.

I guess we will find out soon who the new neighbors are.

The new people are moving in next door. A man and a woman. I can hear them talking in the backyard, they have a southern accent. I hope they don’t mind living next door to a Puerto Rican.

hehe , I only saw them for a minute when I was out back, I thought they were moving in but I think they just stopped by because they don't take possession until tomorrow.

Marco and I have our flag, their all over the neighborhood around. Not sure Jane how that all started, its kind of like letting your neighbors know there are other gays families living in the area. But its really not needed in St. Pete, this small community has the largest gay pride festival in the state of Florida.

We will have to introduce ourselves. They don’t know it’s our house; we kind of wanted it that way. Rented through the property management company and they don’t tell the potential renters who owns it.

I was out watering the front plants and a woman parked out in front and walked right in but she still could be just a friend.

You're right! two crosses pointing down means two females, that is the male symbol, however it looks like they have the flag upside down because they should be pointing up, must be two dizzy queens

My friend just posted the photo on facebook, he's at his limit of 5000 friends so he's asking them lol.

So far 24 comments and all say it’s a flag for gay men but it’s upside down, the red goes on the top. They’re offering to send my two new neighbors viagra so they can get it up right. LOL
