@dlowan,
Sorry to hear that, Deb.
Have a hot lemon drink with lemon juice & honey, with a couple of aspirins, before you go to sleep tonight.
Usually knocks me right out when I have a cold (like right now).

Well that's Easter break over for another year.
Off to work again tomorrow.
Early night tonight.
I should sleep like a log, after all the work I've done in the garden today & yesterday. Very weary after all that.
A bit after 9 pm & I'm in my pajamas already. Smile

@msolga,
I’ll be celebrating Easter this year.

It will be a first for me. We will be taking Antonio on an Easter egg hunt and he and I will make homemade chocolate Easter bunnies.

@jcboy,
That sounds wonderful, jc!
And home-made easter eggs, too!
Antonio is gonna love this! Very Happy

(Good grief! Is it nearly Easter again?!
It was Christmas, just 5 minutes ago! Confused )

I'd love to see how they turn out.

Any Ukrainian-type painted easter eggs plans, as well?

@msolga,
Making at first with some [A2K] friends a trip to the Harz mountains for a couple of days, then returning on Easter and have brunch in an old farmhouse close to us ...

... or outside, depending on the weather

We get our easter eggs there, not by bunnies but by Easter Hares, as it's done here since centuries.

Don't even mention Easter egg painting to me! 3 years ago at the Village Prison...I mean Village Care, they made me paint eggs for Easter as part of my 'therapy' towards physical recovery. Many eggs ended up 1 color. White.

I see Palm Sunday is April Fool's Day this year...this should be good for a few laughs.

And remember, no Easter basket is complete without a few Passover chocolate marshmallow frogs( I grew up mixed religion, Mother took care of scads of Easter candy for me, while her mother went and got the Passover bags from Barton's. It's amazing my teeth didn't all rot and fall out from all that sugar).

And don't forget the hot cross buns.

@msolga,
Which just reminded me of Lent.

What are you denying yourself during Lent this year?
And has it been really tough doing without it, what ever "it" might be?

Look at the date, Olga - it's the feast of the Annunciation, only 9 months to Christmas! Mr. Green
