We had a nice, but simple, brunch of egg/ham/potato casserole, asparagus, bagels with cream cheese and lox, mixed fresh berries and mimosas. We started doing holiday brunches over larges feasts last Christmas. We've all voted to continue the tradition. Everyone contributes/participates, we eat well, but more simply, and I'm not spending most of the day in the kitchen. K has become the casserole maker, M was in charge of bagels, I prepared the fruit and veggies, Mr B was the bartender.
