That is because the republican don't have a plan, they just want to return health insurance to a time before Obamacare. The republicans want to return to high risks pools for sick people who couldn't buy insurance where their insurance would double. They would be put in pool of sick people, and the premiums would be double. Preexisting conditions would not be covered for 14 months but you would still pay the premiums without coverage for your primary health problems.
