Trump thugs are at it again threatening any judge that rules against Donald Duck. Evidently there are some very serious threats as the FBI is now involved in the Colorado supreme court case where four of the supreme court justices ruled that Trump can’t be on the ballot in Colorado because he participated in the Jan 6th insurrection. If you are going to threaten someone you need their phone number, cell phone number and home address. Where would you get this information? Trump thugs find it on Truth Social where Trump posts it.

If you are part of a crime, then you are guilty of that crime. If you drive someone to gas station and he robs the station and kills the clerk in most states, you are guilty of murder even though you never went into the gas station. Of all the threats being made to judges Trump is the proximate cause even though he did not make any of the threats personally. Trump deliberately stirred up the Trump thugs and then gave them the means to make the threats. There is only one way to stop threats and that is to hold Trump responsible both criminally and civilly.

I have been reading a book called the “Fair Tax.” They say they name bills exactly the opposite of what they are. If they had named it the “Most Unfair Tax” ever conceived, they would have hit the nail on the head. This is like one of those miracles in a jar thing you see advertised in car magazine. If your car has a blown head gasket you don’t need to change it just add this miracle in a jar.

The author of this books explains that with a consumption tax there would be no taxes on corporations. He believes corporations from all over the world would come back to America. He believes that lower taxes were the reason that our corporations moved overseas while he ignores the real reason the cost of labor may be $1.00 an hour over there and the same job here would be $25 an hour here.

He points out the consumption would tax all those people who don’t pay taxes now like the college students and those on social security who would go from not paying taxes to paying nearly 50% of their income in taxes when all state and local taxes are paid. These generous ungodly rich would subsidize you to the poverty level. Interested in living at the poverty level? This is the way to do it.

He points all of the foreign visitors to America would have to pay the consumption but fails to take into account that most are only here for a few weeks not all year. But the best part for the ungodly greedy is they would pay only a tiny fraction in taxes as savings and stocks would be tax free. The middle class would see all their income taxed because they live paycheck to paycheck. This bill is in front of congress this year.

The last car I bought my wife cost $45,000 even if you use their low figure of 22% which would have to double that in practice the consumption tax would $9,900, that tax would be financed as part of the car loan, and you would pay interest on that $9,900 in tax for 8 years. Your 1040 form is looking a lot better all the time. Some of the republicans are getting behind this bill. This is like most of the bills the republican support, designed to hold the middle class down.

He asked Allan Weisselberg, if he could see the apartment? He was told no. He asked Weisselberg if he could see the floor plans. Again, Wiesselberg told him no, but Wiesselberg told him it was about 30,000 square feet. The plans were right there in the office.

4) Damn the appraisal. On his forty Wall St properties Trump values them 100s of millions over the appraisals. In the case of Seven Springs, Trumps 200-acre estate, it was valued at under $30 million by four separate appraisals. Despite the appraisals, Trump valued the property at $291 million.

Why does Trump want his Colorado case to go directly to the supreme court? Because if it is tied up in court for a few months the election will be held without Trump on the ballot, and it will be a moot point. Why did Trump not want the case on presidential immunity to go directly to the supreme court? By stopping it from going to the supreme court it will allow Trump’s lawyers to tie the case up in courts for years preventing any decision from being made before the presidential election. If Trump get reelected, he will pardon himself making a complete and total mockery of our justice system. All any criminal need do is get himself elected to president and pardon himself.

There would be so many frivolous lawsuits against a president while in office it makes sense, but it was never written to protect the president from criminal prosecution. The case will go in front of the appeals court Jan 9. The trial court clearly ruled “that position does not confer ‘a lifelong get-out- of-jail-free’ pass.

The employee says you can’t fire me because you have not proved in court of law that I was sleeping on the job. Imagine what society would be like if everything had to be proved in a court of law. We would have chaos. There is a reason that the standard in a criminal court is “beyond a shadow of a doubt” and a civil court it is preponderance of evidence.”

OJ was found innocent in the criminal trial but found responsible for the murders in the civil trial and a muti-million-dollar judgement was levied against him. There is one standard for a criminal trial but an entirely different standard for a civil action. A mere preponderance of the evidence is all that is necessary for a civil action in other words if it is more likely that Trump was responsible for the insurrection than not, he would be held responsible for the insurrection. Removing him from the ballot would be a civil action and add that to the two court decisions who have already held him responsible for the insurrection and Trump is holding a losing hand.

Like it or not people are different and will always be different. The sexual identity is in the brain not between the legs. Being born with a piece of meat between your legs does not change what is in the brain. The penis does not control the brain the brain controls the penis. For most people ignorance is the default position they have absolutely no desire to learn anything. The condition only happens in small minority of people and as always it is easy for the ignorant majority to runover a small minority. If the Ohio legislature passed a bill that said if your child broke his arm, he could not get medical care people would rightly be outraged but they see nothing wrong in deny other children, the needed medical care.

Once that happens Trump will have to be removed from the ballot in every state. It would be fitting justice that the capitol police he almost killed would be responsible for removing Trump from the ballot.

They have been running a Twilight Zone marathon on the SiFi network and I just watched the episode where the storekeeper is awarded the World’s biggest liar trophy. I think Trump should get this award. Finally, something Trump is the biggest and best at.

Trump must be absolutely desperate because his claim of requesting 10,000 national guard has already been shot down three times. The idea is to stir up the Trump thugs and convince them that Trump is the victim here not villain. Each day Trump is getting closer to being jailed for his crimes he has to be looking at jail time as a real possibility in his near future.

McCarthy stated that Trump wouldn’t eat. Liz says, “the that the country might survive another four years of bad polices but it won’t survive a president that willing to terminate the constitution.”

Trump’s claim that he ordered up 10,000 National Guardsmen stems from a conversation he had with Defense Secretary Chirstopher Miller where Trump said that he had a million Trump followers coming on Jan 6th and they will need 10,000 National Guardsmen to the capitol. The Defense Secretary said he took as offhand conversation and not an actual order. Trump actually believed that he would have a million Trump thugs to completely overrun the capitol and stop Biden’s certification. The estimate of the Trump Thugs was between 10,000 and 80,000.

You talk about optimists they know he is pathological liar but yet they believe he tells the truth to them. “They can’t handle the truth.” They not only can’t handle the truth they actively try to avoid it. When you open yourselves to lies you open yourself to manipulation.

It involved the courts, it involved state governments, and a plot not to accept the legitimate electors. After that Trump believed that he had a million Trump thugs coming to Washington to stop Biden’s certification. It was a good thing that Trump was not able to get a million Trump thugs to Washington. Imagine if a million Trump thugs had overrun the capitol instead of the 10,000 that showed up. They would have killed every congressman they could find and Pense would have been burnt at the stake. I can’t help but wonder how many people are in prison because of Orange Jesus.

The supreme court is set to hear Trump’s appeal of the Colorado supreme court decision taking Trump off the ballot. When the special prosecutor asked to take the question of presidential immunity directly to the US supreme court, they turned him down and told him he would have to go through the appeals process, but Trump case will go directly to the supreme court.

A Yale Law School professor, Samuel Moyn, argued in a New York Times op-ed That the supreme court should decide the case based on political considerations. He is afraid the Trump thugs will stage another insurrection if Trump is taken off the ballot. In his way of thinking the constitution should be thrown out and the question be decided on possible violence if Trump is removed. This is exactly the theory Trump used to try and stay in office. Trump is bully and giving in to him will make matters worse. Some would willingly give into Trump’s culture of violence without any resistance. When you are confronting Hitler and his thugs the time to stand up to them is as soon as the aggression starts if you don’t, they will grow in strength, and it will be much harder to deal with them later.

Dan Scavino, deputy chief of staff, told investigators that Trump was “extremely angry” because he believed that the election was stolen. That of course is another lie because Trump knew he lost the election and Trump’s actions afterwards show that he knew he lost the election. You don’t lose by 14 million votes and think you won. Trump tried to stop the vote count at midnight because he knew he would lose if all votes were counted.

Trump’s actions were not that of an innocent many who thought he won the election they were the action of a conman and thief. So, let’s dispense with the second big lie. Scavino also said that Trump was not interested in doing anything to stop the Jan 6th insurrection. Why would he, he was the one who fired up the Trump thugs.

Trump also tweeted during the Jan 6th insurrection that “Pence did not have the courage to do what should have been done.” When Trump was informed that Pence had to be moved to a secure location, he replied, “so what?” That is cold even for Trump, he fully intended for the Trump thugs to kill Pense that day because Pence refused to go along with Trump’s criminal plot. Then he could replace him with someone who would do what he told them.

Now Trump and some other republicans are calling the 9/11 thugs “hostages.” If these republicans would at least be honest with themselves, if they look out their window and saw an angry mob knocking out their windows and trying to break into their house, they would shoot them with no questions asked. One thing that definitely would happen if any of them survived and were jailed they would never call them “hostages.” There is no difference between the people that broke into the capitol then the people that would break into your house. You can’t separate the two situations they are basically the same. Let Trump turn lose all of the people convicted of breaking and entering.

Trump’s lawyers are trying to establish that Trump has complete and total immunity for any action he takes while in office. The appeals court judge asked Trump’s lawyer a yes or no question, “Could the president order Seal team 6 to assassinate a political rival, who was not impeached, would he be subject to criminal prosecution?

Of course, the Trump’s lawyer did not answer yes or no, he stated if the president would have to be impeached before he could be prosecuted. Impeachment is a political impossible task that requires a 2/3 majority. Congressmen vote along party lines with few exceptions. Impeachment is not a criminal proceeding with the only punishment being removed from office. Basically, it is a civil proceeding. Trump lawyer has things reversed usually the criminal proceedings come first followed by civil proceedings follows for damages.

The judges question goes to the heart of presidential immunity for criminal actions. It does not sound good for team Trump when the judge makes that point. This is what happens in Russia, Putin regularly assassinates his political rivals, and he has presidential immunity. Trump grew up in the Mafia hangouts in New York because his dad needed the Mafia’s held in getting the zoning of property he owned changed. Trump has heard the stories of the Mafia bosses killing their rivals and think this is how the world operated.

If I was Trump, I don’t believe I would want to win the case on presidential immunity. As the judge pointed out if Trump had presidential immunity, he could send Seal Team 6 to kill his political rivals and he could not ever be prosecuted for murder. But Trump has to remember that once the court rules for presidential immunity other presidents could have Trump assassinated by Seal Team 6 and could never be prosecuted because they have presidential immunity. Be careful what you wish you might just get it Donald Duck.

Trump was going to make part of his closing arguments in his New York fraud trial. It is highly unusual for a defendant to make closing arguments. The judge has rescinded his permission because Trump was not going to make closing argument but make a political speech where he claimed to be a victim. The judge warned Trump if he lied during closing arguments, he would be guilty of perjury. How long could Trump speak without lying? You can bet it would be less than a minute. When the verdict is returned, and he has already been found guilty of fraud, only the amount of damages remains to be determined. Look for Trump to go ballistic on Truth Social.
