Trump changed America and not for the good. Since I was a kid a barber shops were often the center of political discussions, everybody could have an opinion, but no one became angry because no one was trying to force their political opinions on others but now the amount of anger that the Trump thugs show is unmatched. You walk into a barbershop now and it is dead silent, you don’t want to upset the Trump thugs in the room. If you speak at all you look for a safe subject like pickup trucks. But the worst damage Trump caused was the damage to personal relationships and families. The only time the world saw anything like this was during WWII Germany, and Trump is of German extraction.

To start with after I retired, I had Medicare, but it only paid 80% of medical bills, so I had to buy a second insurance policy to cover the remaining 20%. This was a Blue Cross policy. A year later the city decided to go with a Medicare Advantage plan. I still ended up paying Blue Cross $504 a month `for the 20% coverage. Blue Cross is paid by Medicare to manage the policy.

The controversy stems from a consultant study that showed the government was overpaying these private insurance companies to manage the insurance in Medicare Advantage accounts. Medicare was not cut you would get the exact benefits with Medicare that you always got and you are free to pick any insurance company to provide Medicare Advantage policy if you chose and buy the additional 20% from any company. Medicare Advantage is not Medicare. The benefits will vary between companies and people are free to chose which ever company they want. But saying Medicare was cut is an outright lie.

The Fox News anchors knew that their audience would be outraged if they told them the truth, their ratings would go down along with their salaries which are based on ratings. What is a liar to do when faced with losing millions of their salary? Bartiromo is paid $5 million, and she is on Fox Business channel. Fox’s defense in her case is this idiot actually believed the “big lie.”

It wasn’t enough for Bartiromo to use her program to push the “big lie,” she was on social media pushing the “big lie.” Her bosses discussed keeping her from using social media. Fox News employees were forbidden from referring to Biden as president elect until all the court cases had been settled. There are still cases in court.

There is nothing worse than a woman scorned and Bartiromo is likely to even the score before she becomes the fall guy.

There are many laws being introduced by the Florida legislature to make exceptions to the Sunshine Law. The question is what has he got to hide and why does he want to hide it?

We know that DeSantis went after the Disney Land district and appointed his big political donors to the five-member board. These boards are usually made up of representative stakeholders from the community, one from labor, one from the business community and other from ordinary citizens of the community. This board is not elected by community and will deny the community ability to govern itself. DeSantis is a dictator and far more dangerous than Trump, Trump is a wannabee dictator but isn’t smart enough to make it.

If DeSantis thinks he can make me get a license to post against him and then make me send written reports to him within 5 days of making the posts, he is crazier than Marjorie Taylor Greene. DeSantis may be able to enforce that law in Florida, but he is going to have a hard time enforcing in the other 49 states who are not subject to the Florida State Legislature. The republicans have already taken the right to health care away, a woman in Texas had her fetus die and could not get a doctor in Texas to remove until she turned septic. Why should free speech be any different? All the republicans complain about the mainstream news media and want it silenced or to dictate what they can say about them. The DeSantis law is a step in that direction.

My sister was an elementary teacher in FL for 30 years plus and that had always been the policy in FL schools. DeSantis attacks a strawman and becomes a hero to republicans everywhere.

The business community is now on notice that they will either agree with DeSantis or risk their livelihood. DeSantis took back the Disney district because they had the audacity to speak out against DeSantis policies. DeSantis did away with the Disney District that had operated for 50 years and put his political donors on a board to run it. You can bet the district will be huge mess in few years after DeSantis donors find away to milk it dry. This has put the business community on notice there is no reason to believe DeSantis would treat them any differently.

It is history repeating itself, Putin won’t stop with Ukraine, there will always be another country that Putin needs for the security of Russia. If the MTGs had won out in America during WWII and America did not enter the war we would be speaking German today.

After the first couple of thousands of Trump Thugs are shot it will turn the herd. Trump has again told them they must take back America do you believe that can be done peacefully?

Using automatic weapons on a rioters may sound harsh until you realize what constitute a justified shooting. All you need to is sharpen your flagpole and charge your local policemen. If that happened, what do you think would happen? I will tell you they would empty their clip into you. Try beating any policeman in the head with a fire extinguisher. The police are not going to lay their and take it. You would look like Swiss cheese. The capitol was the exception not the rule, if police shootings had taken place at the capitol they would have been justified. No court in the land would expect a policeman not to defend his life with lethal force when someone is using lethal force on him.

If Trump had got 500,000 people to New York it might have stopped the indictment but three people are not going to intimidate anyone. Trump demonstrators know Trump will not help them if they get arrested, Trump is only interested in himself.

Trump believed all that it would take to stage a protest was a wave of his hand, or a post on Truth Social. Trump continues to look for away to harness Trump voters. One of the Trump protesters said that no other person had been charged in relation to the crime, but the reporter pointed that Michael Cohen had been charged and convicted of the same crime it did not seem to matter to him. The protestor was asked if he would go to Atlanta if Trump was indicted down there? He said he might.

This is being done to stir up the radical right feelings against the federal government. Trump will certainly get death and destruction. So far 30 Texas politicians have decided to skip the Trump rally.
