The Inflation Reduction Act mandated that all corporations would have to pay a minimum tax of 15%. Currently after the Trump tax cut for the ungodly greedy over 500 large corporations pay not one dime of income tax. Prior to Trump and the republican bandits, a corporations could write off of their taxes the machinery they bought but it had to be written off over the life of the machinery. Trump’s tax cut allowed them to write off the whole cost of the machinery in the first year. All a smart CEO had to do was make sure they bought enough new machinery to offset their profits. How Lindsey Graham could argue that large corporation should not pay a dime in taxes and shift the tax burden to the middle class is beyond me. Something is rotten in Washington and working against middle class America. Until the American people hold the politicians accountable and not only vote them out of office but actively work to get them out of office, they will continue to pick our pockets.

The FBI probably found evidence of hundreds of other crimes. Trump is looking more like a criminal every day.

The FBI is taking more precautions and preparing for more Trump thugs. Snipers should be placed on the roof of FBI offices and when they see the Trump thugs coming with their AR-15 they should drop them where they stand before they start killing people.

So, what crime could he commit that his followers would abandon him? I can think of any crime he has not already committed. There is no crime that his followers would not refuse to see.

Trump popularity rating is at 35% and falling. Two years from now it likely will be only 20% but there will still be some red neck states where he will be over 50%.

Weisselberg says he will not testify against Trump but will testify against Trump’s company? Is there a difference. Trump would be well aware that his company was paying millions in benefits to company employees off the books. The justice system stinks when it comes to the ungodly greedy. A teenager stealing $20 from a gas station would do ten years but the greedy rich taking millions are seldom even prosecuted.

You remember that it is the taxes that are due of $1.4 million meaning that the actual theft amounted to at least $3 million. No company owner would not miss $3 million. Trump has always thumbed his nose at the law.

Chuck Todd told him to stop cheating on your taxes. The head of IRS is a Trump appointee, and he is the one that requested the additional agents.

I live right close to the Kentucky border and the local television station cover a lot of Kentucky also. Since Todd made a fool of this idiot on Network TV and probably his only network appearance could the republican party request the show be pulled? The only other times I have seen Meet the Press preempted was for national sporting events.

There is a price to be paid to the pied piper. In the story the pied piper leads the village children away and it will be the same in this case. There is no lesson that is more striking to child then when they look at their parents and see them saying one thing but doing another. Trump got the best of the bargain.

Universities have two sources of funding, tuition and support from government taxes. When Ronald Reagan became president, he had one primary objective, cutting the taxes on the ungodly greedy. He cut their taxes by 40%, one of his favorite stories was of a fellow actor who refused to make more than one movie a year because of the taxes on his million-dollar salary.

As the conservatives gained power in the state houses across America, tax cutting for the ungodly greedy became the rule. College funding was an easy target. You could take the money from funding colleges and make even bigger tax cuts for the ungodly greedy and have the students borrow the money for increased tuition. This cutting college funding has happened every time the ungodly greedy wanted another huge tax cut, they cut college funding and it has happened year after year.

Many wonder what happened to America. The conservatives making college education unaffordable by the average student put America behind the rest of the world where even third world countries make college educations affordable. America can no longer educate enough engineers and we import trained engineers from third world countries like India. They work over here for 20 years and take their companies and patents back home. It is a small step, but it is a first step in the right direction.

To send my daughter through school we sold one of our houses, but she was surprised how much student debt her friends had. My granddaughter is the first in our family to have to get student loans. It is the ordinary American who needs student loans to be able to get an education. A college education is a cornerstone of our civilization. The ungodly greedy have used their political power to erode that cornerstone. One young lawyer I worked with owed $300,000 in student debt. The young are now deciding that a college education is no longer worth it. This is the fastest way for America to become a third world country.

I had a woman call me from a neighboring state who had been swindled by contractor four times. She was thinking about dealing with the same contractor again. Her question for me was, do you think he would do it again? I didn’t need a crystal ball for that one, I assured her he would cheat her again. Rule number one: Trump swindles everyone. Rule number two: If you think Trump won’t swindle you, refer to rule one.

Another woman’s fetus had died and had been dead for two weeks, but she could not get an abortion because the doctors thought they would face prosecution. Recently another woman was informed she was carrying a fetus whose skull would never form but she could not get an abortion. These horror stories keep coming and it has just been a few weeks.

Trump’s handpicked candidate for senate in Arizona, Blake Masters, has recently scrubbed his web site of any reference to abortion. He no longer wants the voters to know that he was an anti-abortion candidate. This will give him plausible deniability on the abortion question.
