Protesting government policy doesn't mean you have to display bad manners and violate someone's personal property simply because you disagree with them.

Those are sound principles and are not right or left. It's good manners, and from what I've witnessed in the last few months, the bad manners are mainly on the left.

@Renaldo Dubois,
Do you understand "Innocent until proven guilty?"

You take a single accusation from Fox/Murdock and you assume that it is gospel and then ask for conformation of 'lack of guilt! ' That flies in conflict of established jurisprudence.

Open your mind bub--you have bought a pig in a poke.

No, I am saying, not insinuating, you are gullible and believe things others make up.

What it seems you made up was your statement when you first arrived about how you were going to make such wonderful arguments that libs wouldn't be able to withstand your intellect. You have not made much of an argument and rely on logical fallacies when you can't keep up.

You have yet to provide us with evidence that the story is false. That's what they do in court.

No, that isn't what they do in court. In court, the evidence would be required to prove something is true. The court doesn't require people prove negatives.

Quote:
I tell my story and then if you think it's a lie, show us the evidence. Well?
You made the allegation. It's up to you to provide the evidence. Just because you read it on the web doesn't make it true. It only makes you gullible.

It's not my problem that you actually believe Fox makes everything up. That's your problem.

Soomething is true until you prove it isn't. My testimony is true until you prove it isn't. That's how it works. I'm under oath and I say it's true. Now you prove me wrong. Idiot.

@Renaldo Dubois,
So, under cross examination, you admit that the story is based solely upon an unsubstantiated story from Fox/Murdock. Consequently it is hearsay evidence from a suspect source. I move this to be hearsay and stricken from the record.

I already proved it wasn't true including statements by Wisconsin officials

Your continued argument only shows you are incapable of understanding truth.

Here's your problem. Bias. My source is suspect in your mind. You have presented no evidence that my source is suspect. Over ruled.

Those statement by Wisconsin officials is "suspect" and hearsay. How dare you accuse me of that when you do the same. Ever been accused of being a hypocrite?

@parados,
Are you accusing me of being a child molester? Then since you are the accuser, you will have to prove your case. Go for it. Innocent until proven guilty.

I think you really should take a break. You're getting your ass kicked and I'm embarrassed for you.

@JTT,
LOL. Of course there are millions of responses. What does that show you? Nothing. All it means is some people have posted an article and people have linked to it on other sites. Good God, don't be so naive.

Does MSNBC lie?

@djjd62,
Blanket statements are usally untrue. Just because a person disagrees with a news report doesn't necessarily mean it's a lie. I think there are too many people on the left calling people liars, racists, homophobes, warmongers, etc, etc, without any concrete evidence. The left has totally lied about the Tea Party. That is a fact.

Of course it does. US media is an arm of the federal, state and local governments. But Fox stands out,leaps out, as a liar among liars.

@Renaldo Dubois,
Any of these lies ring a bell? 2, 000, 000 Tea Partiers marching on Washington, Death panels, birthers, The President is a Muslim, or a socialist, a communist, and he's going to take your guns, has raised your taxes. Obama's a fascist, Hitler's bastard son goosestepping over your constitution... he was going get his IRS goons to throw you all in jail if you dared opt out of the health care plan, and that y'all are a grassroots, non-partisan group of good ol honest Americans... and there's not a racist bone among you.
Un huh. Yup, you're as honest as the day is long. Not a liar among your little group of 'leaderless', god-fearing, global warming denying, terrible spelling, stupid sign waving, gun loving, pro-death penalty, anti-abortion lunatics.
Nope, no lies there.

Huebsch made the claim that it would cost $7.5 million to repair damages under oath in court.
Huebsch then retracted that figure and wrote a letter to the court in order to prevent perjury charges explaining how and why he used the wrong figure.
But you say his statements are suspect? Which statement is suspect Renaldo? His first statement or when he retracted that statement? Statements under oath aren't hearsay. Retracting statements under oath are also not hearsay.

Ever been accused of being stupid Renaldo?
