Protesting government policy doesn't mean you have to display bad manners and violate someone's personal property simply because you disagree with them.

Those are sound principles and are not right or left. It's good manners, and from what I've witnessed in the last few months, the bad manners are mainly on the left.

No, that isn't what they do in court. In court, the evidence would be required to prove something is true. The court doesn't require people prove negatives.

Blanket statements are usally untrue. Just because a person disagrees with a news report doesn't necessarily mean it's a lie. I think there are too many people on the left calling people liars, racists, homophobes, warmongers, etc, etc, without any concrete evidence. The left has totally lied about the Tea Party. But you say his statements are suspect? Which statement is suspect Renaldo? His first statement or when he retracted that statement? Statements under oath aren't hearsay. Retracting statements under oath are also not hearsay.
