I think this is going too far. Democrat activists plan to dump garbage at Speaker boehner's home. This is un-American in my opinion. What do you think?

@Renaldo Dubois,
Don't Americans have a long history of dumping stuff (think tea) when protesting taxes et al?

@Renaldo Dubois,
That is a security issue.

If he does not have a defensive force on site, this will show the need for one.

I don't think the Tea Party is really a fair comparison. Unless, of course, they're planning on starting a civil war.

Still, I do think they should be given some tangible method to adequately show their frustration and displeasure. So-long-as it's within the law, of course. Dumping garbage on the lawn probably isn't considered lawful.

@Renaldo Dubois,
The protest sounds dumb to me, while I understand the protesters anxieties. Dumb, as in very counterproductive. And so, Fox News is apparently announcing this, activating the wrong kind of attention.

The TANGIBLE METHOD was electing successful new politicians, defeating liberals from their re-election.
It worked very well.

The Tea Partyers continue in the anti-authoritarian spirit
of the Sons of Liberty who ran the Boston Tea Party.

@Mame,
Dumping trash isn't a problem. It seems even the tea party has done that.

It's those dang libruls that are unMerican.

@Mame,
It's a violation of his home. That is a no no. If you want to protest then take it down to the congress where legislation is made, not to a person's home. Your home is your sanctuary, at least it's supposed to be. This is what infuriates people about lefties. They have absolutely no respect for other's people's property.

@parados,
The Tea Party has cleaned up every event they attended. It's the lefties who trash the place. Look at Wisconsin. You're mistaken.

What about Wisconsin? Oh.. you fell for more propaganda it looks like. $7 million worth of damage? Did you see the report that listed that?

The Wisconsin protests left little to no damage. The "damage" was the result of 100,000 people visiting the site and wasn't out of the ordinary. The Wisconsin legislators and their staff do almost as much "damage" every year.

The idea that somehow any event on the mall in DC leaves it in as good a shape or better is ridiculous. People walking on the grass damage it. It requires upkeep.

@Ceili,
I don't think dumping garbage on someone's lawn is funny. I see it as a personal violation. There is absolutely no comparison between that and dumping Tea in the harbor to protest government policy. Shame on you.
