Not that you would look anything like as dorkish as the fellow wearing the beanie! Smile Wink

Glad to read your feeling better, dys. The head shaving shouldn't be an issue as long as you've got your Stetson.

Got a call on Sat from Hospice wanting to setup a "Spiritual Adviser" for this coming week, I responded that "I didn't need/want a spiritual adviser" They responded that It would just be conversation, not conversion and since I get little in the way of visitors "I would welcome the company. This "visit" could be very interesting (or not.)

@dyslexia,
dys- Behave yourself. I could just see you and the "spiritual advisor" having a knock down, drag out.

Fred. Definitely Fred is the best conversationalist for such talks.
(Ulla is good there, too - she talked more with them than mother did. If your spiritual adviser can wait until Sunday, and Fred doesn't have time ...)

<LOL> One visit with the "Spiritual Adviser" should be all it takes to get them to stop suggesting such a thing. Poor guy. I already feel sorry for him.

When I was in the hospital getting my brain operated on, I was visited by some kinda spiritual person. Maybe a religious person. I'm not sure. I told her I'm a nonbeliever. She didn't bat an eye.

She came back. She said she wasn't interested in whether I believed in God or not. She just liked my spirit. Turns out, I liked her.

You never know.

Re the spiritual advisor I agree with Roberta -- you never know.

(I'll suggest the beanie under the stetson for a snug fit.)

@Tai Chi,
I'm calling the temple and requesting a couple of Mormon missionaries. On bicycles.

I also agree a visit from a spiritual adviser might be fun. Needs to be the right one, though - a thinker who like to debate quietly.....

No, all you need is a bit of good music from a nice Dutch singer
and perhaps a step or two of dancing...
