eh! - I have a pair of those, my childhood neighbour grew up on an indian reserve. He used to make me all kinds of leather stuff. Cool.

His name was Amabel. Toughest guy I knew, we called him Mab but still....

OssoB - that's my thought precisely - my link to Amazon runs through A2K, I think. I'm making a wish list there, and soon I'll have the confidence to buy something at Amazon. Those cochise boots are verra verra high on my list. Those, and some Ugg knock-offs.

John Wayne made much more than cowboy movies; The Quiet Man and all those WWII and Viet Nam movies - many are classics. Never tire watching him. He's one of real icons of the movie industry.

It is a bit confusing. Leggings are tight fitting pants. Legging (notice no "s" ) are footware generally made of leather that usually cover the leg up to the knee.

Ah. Thank you. I wore leggings as a child in Chicago, and they were thick wooly long legged pants. Looked great under uniform skirts. (not)
