Nonsense dys, your recovery is eminent!
sending healing thoughts...........so nice to see that avatar again...
Dys,
Hope you are feeling better and please take care. I think you had more than a warning. No doubt you've been bombarded with good advice, please heed it.
Dys and Diane, that's very good news from you. I am feeling a lot better now.
Diane, I've been thinking a lot about you lately. I do hope we will get the chance to meet again. Hm, my company's US headquarters are in Denver. I'll find a way so that they send me there!
Take care y'all.
{{{{Bob & Diane}}}} Phew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooooooooo glad you're home Bob and that Diane is there to keep an eye on you to make sure you don't get too wild too fast ;-)
I'm glad to know that you're home, Dys. And I know that Diane's glad to have you there.
Welcome back, Bob! :-D
YAY!!!!
Oxford town Oxford town
Everybody's got their head bowed down
Sun don't shine above the ground
The real ones are burning
The real ones are burning
Though mountains danced before them
They could not alter men
You might say that I'm young
You might say I'm unlearned
And at the ladder of law there's no top and no bottom
Now that the buffalo's gone
Welcome home dys.
Instead of smoking, have Diane make special brownies for you.
I'd give you the recipe, but I suspect you already have it.
Be well.

In that case, have Miss Diane (Lauren Bacall never had nothin' on that girl) take yer best black suit down for some a that new fangled dry method cleaning, and take the boy out back an show him how to use a shootin'-iron without blowin' his toes ner fingers off . . .
You gotta live the part, Man . . .
Happy Sunday Dys
Happy Sunday Dys. I know you enjoyed Saturday night. As my son says, "Every day above ground is a good one."

Wheeeeeeee~
Welcome home~
Let me know, Urs. I can do Denver almost any weekend. You'll love Dys as much as Diane, I promise.
Bob is home and all's well with the world. He will be exhausted for quite a while, but it will continue to improve. He can't talk for long without becoming worn out and he still isn't very strong, but his walking has improved tremandously, which means his strength is definitely coming back.
One thing the physical therapist said is that his walking is normal, that he doesn't have any of the symptoms such as reeling dizziness or an inability to put his feet in the right place. She had him walk up some stairs just to be sure that he could make it up the stairs to our apartment.
He is eating much better and doesn't seem to be suffering from the nausea that plagued him during the hospital stay.
Hopefully the machine will be in working order and he can get this last test out of the way.
It has been interesting to hear what he remembers and what he doesn't. When he read what I wtote about the vomiting, he said he didn't remember any of that. As far as I'm concerned, that isn't a memory he needs.
He is still surprised at the response of all his friends. He can hardly believe it is real and doesn't really know how to respond. Just know that all of you have made a tremendous difference to him.
One of the nicest things about having him home is that we both can sleep. It feels so good to have a good night's rest.
Urs, please do anything you can to get out to Denver. I'll PM you with our address and phone number. We'll get Roger up here and find that Italian restaurant he keeps raving about.
Love to all,
Diane
Hugs, and it is real, Dys is very appreciated.
I'm sending some tagliatelle in lobster sauce, or whatever he'd like instead.
Never thought of that, but I just bet a good night's rest is exactly what you need.
Diane & Dyslexia
It's a relief to sleep, you say, Diane? Here's hoping you're both having lots & lots of it! Sweet dreams!
Home and sleeping well. Glad to hear it.
Was that collective a2k sigh another blast of wind that puzzled the meteorologists?
