@ossobuco,
Duly noted, Osso. I read through some of the "viewer comments" on various stories. They are often quite brutal. On this story there are comparisons to Clinton, JFK, Barney Frank and others from both parties.
In my part of the country, this kind of story will make a difference in how people vote. We may tolerate scandals in our own families but not in the lives of people we elect. Go figure.
As an aside, Romney said that he will come out before the Nevada vote with a comment on the notion of allowing on-line gambling in that state. It is lose-lose situation for him and he should say nothing. The gambling industry is a big employer in Nevada but as a Mormon he is opposed to gambling. It is not a national issue.

It is NOT like u
to be logical nor correct in anything that u say; it is jarring.

We don 't expect u to say anything that is respectable.

Please stop doing that.

I presume you think she should have a zip-lock on him. Is that right or am I reading too much into your insightful remark.

It's you women who are looking a bit flakey. One can't keep her husband satisfied, which I have been told is pretty easy, and a bunch of others can't keep their traps shut and behave as if they have sex in the hope the guy will get famous someday and they can do the tear-jerker for the cameras. I bet that media shilling is hard to resist.

It is pretty funny ci. when a euphemism like "13 year affair" is deployed to avoid her saying that Herman had been shagging her for a very long time and had only got to page 169 of the Kama Sutra when he broke it off after one in the back of a refrigerated van. Even the six year olds have an idea of what a "13 year affair" means. It's not very scientific mind you if you consider some of the stuff that's been written by expert psychologists on the subject of Keeping a Spring in Your Stepology. I didn't major in that. I Max'd Out.

One might think that the lady would have the decency to place a bag over her head for her appearances on TV. It's shameful to look so sweet and innocent and hard done to when you've been shagged uphill and down dale for 13 years by Herman Cain. And that's not to mention any prelims. Her Mom must have been mortified I should have thought.

Another woman has come forward about her relationship with Herman Cain. A Fox TV station in Atlanta reports that the woman claims a 13 year affair with Cain that ended in Sept, 2011.

I'm surprised she bothered to come forward. Cain's 15 minutes are gone and this story of a long time affair serves no purpose other than to drag this woman's name down to Cain's level. Unless this is revenge for his ending the relationship, I don't see what she gains by showing herself as the other woman for thirteen years.

@engineer,
Try to imagine her plight. Engineers imagine things don't they. She is sat on her sofa alert to every nuance concerning her ex-partner in clandestine adultery. And he is all over the news. She's in a wall-to-wall situation. You and me turn it off when the next item comes on. She can't.

I mean to say, old boy, who is there who does not want to give a press conference. And all that indignation welling up. All the time. And her biding her time hoping he would make it to the nom, or even--"bless-my-soul!!" the White House and then all these other slags jump the gun and she's a in a line and the book deal fantasy vanishes. Which is not a matter Professor Dawkins has anything worthwhile to say about unless it is regarding the absence of offspring from these unions.

She had to pop if she doesn't get it off her chest. She's probably a menace on the roads with her brain whirring like a three-legged egg whisk you're trying out at a swap meet with a view to fluffing up your omelettes.

I think that Cain has peeked and dropped in the polls.
In my opinion, he was never viable.

When he failed to answer the question regarding Libya,
after a long, silent pause and still no reply: that was WHO he IS -- uninformed.

Maybe if he had "peeked" earlier, he would have known the answer to the question.

If he got there he would get sucked in. One man isn't going to bring in any serious changes.

How do you know that? Maybe old "three strokes" can't satisfy his wife and he went in search of a woman who was not multi-orgasmic and who oral sex to penetration because he couldn't perform.

@engineer,
I disagree. This is the perfect time for the other woman to emerge from the shadows while people still remember who herman is. Revenge? Possibly not. A book deal? More likely.

Nonsense. The first -- but, fortunately, fleeting -- impression he made was being more intelligent than perry and bachmann. Now, it can be seen that they are the Three Stooges of the Grande Olde Party.

Besides, lots of men admire him for squirting -- or attempting to squirt -- every female who enters the same room.

He'll never get there. Any more than a Huntsman can get there.

Hopefully he gets some air time to express himself more.

Manchester, N.H. -- You might say Rick Perry courted the youth, but not the whole youth, in a campaign appearance at a New Hampshire college.

Speaking at Saint Anselm on Tuesday, he appealed to students who will be at least 21 before Election Day to vote for him.

As for those younger than 21, he merely asked them to work hard on his behalf. Doesn't he want their votes, too?

It turns out Perry didn't know or had forgotten that the voting age in America is 18.

The flub caused some whispers in the crowd.

@Irishk,
I wish I coud support Ron Paul,
but he is such a pacifist extremist.

I guess it will have to be Newt.
He is a centristic moderate; not too good.
