I have to drive by the links every time I go to the market, unfortunately it's a public golf course supported by tax dollars and is not allowed to ban coloureds or jews. That's what I hate about public links. Separate but segregated is what America's all about.

So, people, well, yes, I've grown today - I've risen above. Sort of. I've realized you don't get anything trying to get ahead of yourself. Like I'm not going to lose 10 kg of weight by overtraining at the gym for a month - I'm only going to hurt myself that way. It will take regular, consistent exercise over several months to achieve that.

No, and this isn't just about exercise - I just used it as an example. I think it applies to all aspects of my life.
