@Builder,
Since WW2. Bushes, chase manhattan, dow chemical, woolworth, alcoa, ford, gm,and IBM all put the dollar ahead of freedom. What makes all of you think anything has changed in the business world in the last 80 years. The elete have been screwing us for ever in order to make a buck and we insist in reelecting the same crooks to high office. Notice the clintons werent around than but the Bushes and the Trumps were. By the way all these people did business with Nazi Germany.

The Dancing Israelis, might be what you refer to.

They were arrested, questioned, and released.

There's Godwin's Law again.

Operation Paperclip shows that the Third Reich just shifted continents.

But to expouse as much is laughed at by many. While we're on the topic, I'll add that operation Ajax could not begin under JFK's watch.

A video released online Tuesday by the Kasich campaign attacks Trump for his rhetoric against various minority groups, invoking the theme of needing to stand up for people before it's too late. The video features retired Col. Tom Moe, a U.S. Air Force veteran and Vietnam POW, paraphrasing the famous words of late German pastor and concentration camp survivor Martin Niemoller:

Quote:
"You might not care if Donald Trump says Muslims must register with their government because you're not one. And you might not care if Donald Trump says he's going to round up all the Hispanic immigrants, because you're not one. And you might not care if Donald Trump says it's OK to rough up black protesters, because you're not one. And you might not care if Donald Trump wants to suppress journalists, because you're not one."You might not care about what Donald Trump says about," Moe continues. "But think about this: if he keeps going and he actually becomes president, he might just get around to you. And you better hope there's someone left to help you."

http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/first-they-came-kasich-goes-after-trump-tough-video-n469251

Sounds like a commercial written for D's to motivate them to support D's. This will not convince R's of anything. Anyone who mistakes "Hispanic immigrants" and "illegal residents" (Trumps actual target as he has said clearly a hundred times) is going to get tuned out, because they are clearly lying.

EDIT: who the **** decided that R's like to be treated as future victims? Just goes to show why the R's are rejecting Kasich, he sounds all the way like a liberal elite.

The Washington Post reported on September 18, 2001–one week after the 9/11 Islamic terror attacks, that the law enforcement officers were investigating people in Muslim enclaves of Jersey City, New Jersey who were seen the day of the attacks celebrating and holding rooftop parties to watch the aftermath of the attack on the Twin Towers unfold across the Hudson River in New York City. One of the Post’s reporters later stated his sources were eyewitnesses and Jersey City police officers.

…”Jersey City, an urban enclave of 240,055 people that is home to one of the largest Arab populations among U.S. cities…”

Quote:
…”In Jersey City, within hours of two jetliners’ plowing into the World Trade Center, law enforcement authorities detained and questioned a number of people who were allegedly seen celebrating the attacks and holding tailgate-style parties on rooftops while they watched the devastation on the other side of the river.”

H/t Powerline

John Hindraker at Powerline reported the Post article earlier Sunday and added that one of the reporters on the story, Serge F. Kovaleski, had informed a researcher, Irfan Khawaja, who was looking into whether Muslims in northern New Jersey had celebrated the 9/11 attacks that his sources for the report on Jersey City were Jersey City police officers.

It is old basic information and not very well presented. Try to get stuff from people who think outside the box, that is new information, or that is well argued.

Quote:
The Facts

This is a bit like writing about the hole in the doughnut — how can you write about nothing?

Trump says that he saw this with his own eyes on television and that it was well covered. But an extensive examination of news clips from that period turns up nothing. There were some reports of celebrations overseas, in Muslim countries, but nothing that we can find involving the Arab populations of New Jersey except for unconfirmed reports. (Some conspiracy Web sites cite a column by controversial blogger and commentator Debbie Schlussel, who is highly critical of Muslims, that makes a reference to an MTV broadcast of protests and riots in Paterson, N.J.; this claim has never been authenticated.) As the Newark Star-Ledger put it in an article on Sept. 18, 2001, “rumors of rooftop celebrations of the attack by Muslims here proved unfounded.”

Quote:
Update: Some readers have tweeted to The Fact Checker a Washington Post article from Sept. 18, 2001, as evidence of Trump’s claim.

Quote:
The reporters who wrote the story do not recall whether the allegations were ever confirmed. “I certainly do not remember anyone saying that thousands or even hundreds of people were celebrating,” said Serge Kovaleski, one of the reporters. “That was not the case, as best as I can remember.”

Fredrick Kunkle, the other reporter, added: “I specifically visited the Jersey City building and neighborhood where the celebrations were purported to have happened. But I could never verify that report.”

(The right-leaning Powerline blog made a big deal about this sentence–as did Trump later–but as the reporters’ comments make clear, there is no evidence the alleged celebration ever took place.)

Quote:
The Pinocchio Test

This appears to be another case of Trump’s overactive imagination, much like his baseless claim that the George W. Bush White House tried to “silence” his Iraq war opposition in 2003. We looked and looked — and could find absolutely no evidence to support his claim.

But that was merely a matter of self-aggrandizement, whereas now Trump has defamed the Muslim communities of New Jersey. He cannot simply assert something so damning; he must provide some real evidence or else issue an apology.

I'm glad that this lie was enough to piss off the media. They've been rolling over too much for this fool.

America used to be better than this.

Liars were not tolerated to this degree in the past.
