I dont see how that sarcasm benefits your argument. Wouldnt it have been better if you had of used it against his argument rather than yours?

Whatever our take on him, Ionus is a smartie.
Given that his posted views are stupid (I stipulate, however they are meant), I take him as a gopher on working up argument.

We use this instinct to protect ourselves in life.
We dont use instincts to protect ourselves at all. Ever got into an elevator that smelt of urine with a man already in it ? An animal would turn and run. People are always walking blindly into trouble.

So you don't use your instincts? That explains a lot.
The predator urine thing: As someone who has seen studies on urine repellents in keeping away animals, I can tell you it is myth. Zebras don't even run from lion urine. Farmers and gardeners have tried it for years on deer using coyote, fox, human and wolf urine - plants gotten eaten even when spayed directly with the stuff. Would I get in an elevator that smelled like piss, I'm sure I have. Would I get in an elevator with guy who looked like he just escaped from death row and looks like he might be carrying a concealed weapon - no. Maybe he's just a nice guy with just bad taste in clothing, but I would use my common sense and instincts for self-preservation.

You're talking to a cement block, Spider, we are all wasting our time with him.

@ossobuco,
I think you mean troll, Osso. I used to think he was an okay guy until I observed he is always looking to fuel a fight. Now I think troll. (He also doesn't seem to understand what sarcasm is)

@Green Witch,
I probably agree with that or, given how sharp I think he is, I'm watching. Not to give him points. Lest I uncover a person of sanity.

I made this argument before. It is not the staring, it is how he looks.

I post where I have a differing opinion. That is why I am here. It is hardly worth my time to say "Right On...you go girl ! " That has already been said by others.

Does anyone think of someone who disagrees with them as NOT a Troll ?

I understand a pathetic attempt to duck and cover when I see it.

@Ionus,
I don't think many men get stared at in creepy ways, although intelligent ones can understand why it would make a woman uncomfortable. It has nothing to do with the attractiveness of the starer. Hardcore staring is creepy and not flattering, even if it is being done by a guy who looks like Johnny Depp. A flattering glance from an ugly guy is fine and not threatening. Staring is never good.

I often see people with differing opinions on this board who are certainly not trolls. I could give you a long list, but I have no intention of wasting my time in such a manner.

Im sorry if you can't figure out why I was being sarcastic to Talk and I have no patience to break it down for you or back track looking for his quote, but if anyone else is feeling patient enough to instruct you is welcome to do so. I refuse to miss anymore of Dancing With The Stars for your amusement.

@Green Witch,
There was a pretty girl who threw ice cubes at me. So later I teased her about the hair on her foreman. She told me "Look but don't touch!" Mostly pretty girls like being looked at. I noticed many even stick their chest even more when inspected.

Maybe what bothers me the most is that people say that Hillary is a bitch.

Let me say something about that: Yeah, she is.

And so am I and so is this one. (pointing to Amy Poehler)

POEHLER: Yeah, deal with it.

FEY: Know what? Bitches get stuff done.

(Amy says yeah and starts nodding her head, together they get in a rhythm, with Amy saying in response, more yeahs, uh huhs, with a ‘you go girl’ style)

Like back in grammar school,

they could have had priests teaching you but, no,

they had those tough old nuns who slept on cots

and who could hit ya and you HATED those bitches

But at the end of the school year

you sure KNEW the capital of Vermont!

So COME ON Texas and Ohio

Get on board, it’s not too late!…

BITCH IS THE NEW BLACK!

@chai2,
If you were a bloke I would say you have feelings of inadequacy overcompensated for by aggression and anti-social behaviour. As you do not have any balls, I will have to say you are a feminist. Thats bad.

Oh, you're full of ****.

I laugh in your general direction.

Laughing Laughing Laughing

If I were a man you would say I'm a go-getter, high achieving, leader of people.

You can whine and pule all you want, because I know your type.

Your definition of bitch is "someone who won't do what I want them to"

You know why some women don't like to be called a bitch? Because they, even against their better judgement don't want to be preceived as "not nice"

At the end of the day, most of the women you came across during the day that you might have thought of as a bitch, were in reality just women who didn't do what you wanted. They could have been pleasant and nice as can be, but you just couldn't get them to take your crap. They wouldn't let you stare at them, and just pretend it wasn't happening, or pretend it was a compliment.

Believe me, being called a bitch by you, or some of the other douchebags here, is a high honor.

And, I'm saying this in a very smooth and calm manner. If I were verbalizing this, my voice would be pitched low, and clear, and direct.

So, if you heard this in a hysterical shriek, reread again, hearing it in a low deep growling purr.
