The total points scored in the Bears-Dolphins football game was only one
more than the points scored in the Lightning-Flyers hockey game.

@George,

(wow, a throw-back game.
not like most of today's 3-2 snooze-fests.
the B's are piling up shutouts like they're growing on trees...)

Short puck-head digression:
They're blessed with a terrific goalie tandem. This could be a fun season.

@George,
B's goal-keeper, Tim Thomas, is the real deal! He is recovered from some earlier injuries.

@realjohnboy,
Ah, well, I decided to switch to Tennessee instead of Washington, Johnboy.

@ossobuco,
Duly noted, Osso. Only CoinToss has Washington, but Spendius, the Cowdocs and Lmur have yet to choose.

Washington had a promising start. I think they are demoralized, now.

Here are the match ups among the 4 leaders here. Remember that players can change picks for the remaining games up until kickoff tomorrow.
Spendius disagrees with JPB on 1 game, with Ragman on 2* and with Lion on 3*.
JPB differs with Ragman on 1* and with Lion on 4*.
Ragman and Lion part ways on 3 games.

* indicates that the subject player is down 1 due to Chicago winning. For example, Spendius and Ragman disagree on 2 games, one of which has already been decided in Ragman's favor.
Let me know if you think I screwed this up.

A possible correction is under review.
Correction: Spendius and Ragman disagreed on just the Chicago-Miami game, not on a 2nd game. Ragman won. Thanks.

@realjohnboy,
Mike Nugent was lost for the season after tearing a knee ligament during a
successful onside kick play in the closing minutes of Sunday's 23-17 loss at
Indianapolis.

Just sayin'

Yes, I see that it is snowing tonight in Salmon, Idaho. No significant accumulation tonight, but predicted high temp tomorrow of 22 F. Then it will get cold and snow may start to pile up.
