@camlok,
learn a wee bit o metallurgy please, then come and apologize. read about how metal loses its support strength in stages. Also read about how we get temps from burning materials with the simple addition of directed airflow.

When you find something to counter how" furnace chimneys" work, send me a PM and Ill tell you where your beliefs are all fucked up.

Been to Prudhoe long time ago. DO you like moosequitos and gnats?

can you post the 2024 totality map. Im thinking that totality will pass through the Burgess Shale areas of W Canada

That is a terrible attempt to distract from the molten/vaporized steel. That is the same dismal distraction attempted by the idiot blacksmith. Your knowledge is more advanced than his, isn't it?

Steel does not, cannot ever melt or vaporize in an office fire, Farmerman. You know this. You know this is a total impossibility. The scientists of FEMA know/knew that it is/was a total impossibility.

Quote:
Why Did the World Trade Center Collapse? Science, Engineering, and Speculation

...

However, it is highly unlikely that the steel at the WTC experienced temperatures above the 750–800°C range. All reports that the steel melted at 1,500°C are using imprecise terminology at best.

http://www.tms.org/pubs/journals/JOM/0112/Eagar/Eagar-0112.html

800C = 1,472F That is hardly anywhere close to the melting point of steel - 2,800F or the vaporization point +4,800F

The picture from FEMA, in the post above doesn't lie. The WTC7 steel has been melted and vaporized. FEMA described the same in words. As did the NYT.

nao anything is something your clowns have drug up to be relevant to (11, when its not in the least.

Your writing sounds like your'e mostly hammered as you try to employ your ESL "skills".
I applaud your efforts to sound like a native but why not start doing something of value other than fooling around.Think- you can volunteer to write decent instruction manuals for Nikon and LG

This aint my thread so Ill bid you and your asshole buddy Glenn a hope that your new OCD meds get the job done

@farmerman,
Why are you, purportedly a scientist, fleeing from a simple discussion of steel melting temperatures, Farmerman?

The FEMA picture does not lie. WTC7 steel was melted and vaporized. Alleged Arab hijackers had no chance in hell of ever doing that. You can't do it with an unlimited supply of jet fuel.

How come your science is so disjointed, so confused, so unable to refute the real science of the FEMA picture and the US nanothermite?

Are you saying, is there anyone out there saying that the FEMA picture of the molten/vaporized WTC7 steel is wrong?

@farmerman,
Will there ever be an adult who will step forward and say,

"farmer, you simply are not dealing in the scientific manner I have come to expect of you. What is going on? You should be able to address these realities - pictures and quotes from US military scientists are stark reality, they are the reality of realties! What is the problem here?

The concern about moving POWs was in relation to announcing the demonstration well in advance.

Then you don't announce it well in advance. You announce it, but don't mention where. When it's done, you tell them where to look. If you've seen images of what the bomb did to the city, you would understand what the effect of seeing the aftermath would be.

Read my sig line. It fits your entire skillset in many disciplines.

No, my observations which are in my post in that thread--which you have seen--are sound. And that's why you've again taken the mouse route away from it. I'm not calling you a coward, just a blowhard.

If you think you have a scientific explanation as to how the antenna in the video I provided you and other deniers with fell right through the intact core structure below it, I'd really be interested in seeing you try to make it sound reasonable. I hold no hope of you doing so, however, because the squeaks from mice like you are always inaudible and annoying.

Well, I'm just going to skip over the 9/11 gibberish without reading it.

Yeah, seeing as how the alternative is to actually address the point below, I'd just skip over it to if I were you.

I didn't make up the video. It shows the rate at which the upper block dropped. The rate at which the upper block dropped was forty feet shy of freefall.

It is absurd that you can divine all of this "physics" from a YouTube video.

All of this physics? Sorry, but anyone can place a straightedge horizontally across the screen and line it up with the top of the building and then count the seconds it takes for the 360 feet of antenna to pass the marker. That speaks for itself, unless you care to suggest that the video is a mirage, which wouldn't surprise me given your attempt to convince readers that it was a grainy video when it obviously is not.

Then the only witnesses to the explosion are a few farmers, and as far as the Japanese government knows we tried to fool them with a large conventional explosion.

Prudhoe is off from the centerline of the eclipse. Much better to see it at Nome or Barrow.

You come into a thread and go off topic by bringing up 9/11 like an obsessed little mouse trying to regain something you never had in the first place, and you want to talk about disorders?

A word of advice: When you smell cheese and it's sitting on a metal plate on a rectangular piece of wood, do your best to resist . . . or don't, it really doesn't matter. You won't be missed.

If there are no experts to witness the demonstration, Japan will assume that we just duped some farmers.
