Appropriate guest attire for a (semi?) formal wedding?

@JPB,
I have shortish legs. It hits me lower than it hits the model even though I bought a petite. Plus, like I mentioned above, I don't like frills and the extra sheer length is frills to me.

Personally, I would go with the Petite and just buy a pair of short stilts for use on the day.
