can you mix ivory table cloths and white chair covers

For my wedding reception I had planned to have ivory table cloths and chair covers. Now a friend of mine has offered me white chair covers for FREE. it would save us over $600. Would white chairs covers and ivory table cloths look ok. I'm sure the dinner ware is probably white as well. My dress is Ivory and the bridesmaids are in red.
