If you hadn't gotten medical treatment, you wouldn't have DNA evidence of his semen in your anus.

What would your defense be to the murder charge for killing your rapist?

Exactly what other crimes would you consider to cause a lot more harm. Aside from the murder that you seem to advocate if you were raped but the same rapist should be freed if he rapes a woman.
