Too bad you think it's a waste of time and money to get rid of the backlog of rape kits to be tested. The DNA in those kits might help to free other innocent men.

I bet it would cost less than .1% of that if we let those guys who are in prison test their dna against rape kits taken from the victim. I dont favor testing rape kits because the police already know before testing who the alleged perp is most of the time. The rape feminists have finally come clean that stranger rape is rare, that most of the time we know who had sex with the woman, that the only thing in dispute which the rape kit will tell nothing about...so why are we spending up to $500 to take a kit and then up to $800 to test it?? WHAT DO WE GET FOR OUR MONEY?

Right. That's really logical, Hawkeye. Why even bother asking the victim what happened to them? We should only take the defendant's word for what occurred.

Go ahead and ask, but without proof nothing happens, because locking guys up and ruining their life on nothing more than a woman claiming that guy her her in not justice. Justice requires proof, and understands that emotional women are not particularly reliable witnesses.

A rape kit exam takes several hours and it collects evidence beyond just a DNA sample. Even though the woman's sexual partner was known to her, juries these days expect and want DNA "proof". And without DNA, the man could claim there had been no sexual contact, rather than just asserting it was "consensual". So, suspicions that the woman might be making a false accusation is one reason those rape kits are necessary. It provides some of the basic "proof" that you claim you need--that's what you get for your money. Those kits also help to identify the rapists who were not known to their victims--and it helps to put them behind bars--that's what you get for your money.

So according to you we the people need to spend likely over $1k to document the condition of the one who claims rape no matter what the law enforcement value of this kit is. If it is just a matter of documenting any bruising or bleeding that she has, which does not mean much because the cause could have been consensual rough sex, we damn sure should be able to figure out a way to do this for less than $1k per alleged victim.

Also, not that you care in the least, but we should also be able to get what we need without making the alleged victim go through a several hour evidence gathering ordeal immediately after she feels that a man violated her. Do you not understand that this often feels like a second violation?

But Hey, we do what the feminsits want, not what people want.

Not sure what a feminsits is, but YOU are NOT the people. You are but a tiny ant in a world of otherwise sane people.

@BillW,
Did I say that? Where? Show me.

I would appreciate NOT being misquoted. Post your own post without involving me with your misquote!

@Intrepid,
Sorry about that Intrepid, my mistake. I should not have included the quote marks, the statement is mine and mine alone. I would for sure fix it if I could go back, for eternity please let this set the record straight. The statement posted correctly is, refering, of course, to the same person you addressed - Hawkeye:

No proof needed for any woman to drag any man name into mud and since Google that mud will never wash off.

No matter if nothing happen in a court of law every time a possible employer does a google search of a possible girlfriend for that matter up pop this information.

A charge is a life sentence without any proof of any kind needed.

All this with her name completely protected.

You know Hawkeye I wonder how BillW or Intrepid would feel if some unstable woman would charge them with rape out of the blue and their names were in the local papers for all their friends, family, co-workers and employers to see.

No arrest or facts needed at all just the word of a woman who name will not be placed in the public domain.

Not matter if nothing at all come of it their formally good names will be link to an accuse rape forever more.

Hey, Moron. Maybe you should ask us rather than pervert Hawkeye.

I doubt that, unlike you and your mentor, we would ever put ourselves into a situation where this may happen. Unlike a strawman, we have a brain and know how to use it. Our brain is in our head.

That is wishful thinking, because while we can all tell ourselves that we would never get with an unstable woman the truth is that often love drives us more than our rational brains and also we dont have very good radars for unstable women so by the time we figure it out it might be too late. The reason the movie "Fatal Attraction" resonated as it did is because any man with a lick of sense derived from life experience knows that "but for the grace of God, there go I"

Hawkeye not only that but there had been cases with examples posted on this very thread of men with no existing personal relationship with a woman that ended up being a target of that woman false charges.

See the youtube video already posted here with the very convincing woman being interview on how a police officer had molested her during a traffic stop.

Lord did she look and sound convincing and the only thing likely to had save that officer rear-end was his then running dashboard video camera.

But for that dashboard video I can just see Firefly posting this interview video as an example of how women are not even safe with police officers.

Firefly's hysterics over women being victimized by men and women lying about sexual aggression comes from the same place, they are both Feminine aggression. As you know I dont have a problem with aggression per se, it is a side of human nature and we need to be who we are, but for Gods sake lets be honest about what is going on.

Speak for yourself, Dickhead. You wouldn't know the truth if it smacked you in the ass. Your, obvious, poor choice of woman is telling of you. Not males in general.
