I would love to hear your definition of the word "confronted" which would not allow for the cross examination of the accuser by the accused. Basically the rape feminist position is that the Constitution should not apply to their customers, those claiming sexual assault. However, they should need to rewrite the Constitution before they get away with exempting favored classes from its provisions, as this violates everything that we claim to believe in.

A defendant have a right to act as his own lawyer and a right therefore to cross-examine anyone on the stand.

you do realize that belittling is classic feminine aggression right? I am not understanding how you think that being aggressive helps to sell your claim that male sexual aggression is a problem, as you certainly believe in using aggression when you think it is useful so on what grounds do you claim that men should not also??
