she can't reject driving, she doesn't have to bother with maturity or making a decision, and she can essentially say it was not her fault it was the cars fault and the courts will say " you poor poor pitiful woman...of course it is not your fault if you drink drive....you are just like a child....we dont expect adult behaviour from women...it is the car's fault".

I don't know anyone from the "libby lobby", but I want equality. Here's the thing, though: I think Judge John Hunt is a little vague when he talks about a 14 point bias in favour of girls. Does he mean they start off at 14 points? Do they just naturally score 14 points higher on average? What is he saying? (Like most news stories, this one leaves out all that important nitty-gritty stuff like actual facts about how the system works. Hunt sounds like some random talking-head, ranting that "life isn't fair", to whom we're all supposed to listen for some reason....Wait, Ionus, where did you say you lived? New York City wasn't it?)

But firefly's reports are certainly "factual". They give comprehensive coverage of the whole story, too. When some psychopath rapes a person, what the hell else do you need to know?
