Things are great !! It is business as usual now - no grumblings or protests.
However, am doing 6 monthly appraisals starting next week, will know the real feelings after that !!

I just had my half yearly apparaisal where I have been rated as a "2" on a scale of 5 - 1 being the highest and 5 being the worst.
Not bad for only 6 months on the job - I have been told to be a little less aggressive, and to communicate status more formally to the senior management - (only two areas which need impovement) else I scored top marks everywhere !!
And I have been told that I am one of the front runners for Germany or Greece, but Greece looks more probable as it is much more complex than Germany
