Introducing Boomerang.
Full time mother of Mo, which in my opinion makes her all the more sexy. I find her to be a really really interesting person. Shes tenacious in her support for her family and has a keen eye for riddles.

@dlowan,
impossible to choose only one!
you are probably getting to know Victor Emerita, Jeeprs, Krumple and Sometime, they have been the bravest. JG Weed, Theatetus (probably spelled that wrong)Khethil, are some of our former moderators, all great guys, in fact all our moderators were, meanwhile making great contributions to many threads. there are some guys who probably wont make it here that i will miss like anything...or maybe they left the old forum and will come back now, who knows? whatever happened to dudymos thomas i wonder...he impressed me from the very beginning because he seemed to come in and take the side of whoever was being attacked by some ignoramus.

for now i would say to check out on our old threads PaulHanke and Dave Allen, they are the guys who really have a handle on reality. i believe a serious thinker can blow an academic theory out of the water like the kid who noticed the emperor was naked. HueMan was always one of my favorite posters, also a real kind of guy, and into ethics which is my current focus. For a more metaphysical view, there is Prothero, master of some of the most profound concepts.

i could go on forever, i would have something good to say about every one of the old crowd i am following on my profile page=-nearly 70 of them. but you did ask for one!

Shewolfnm - den mother, wise-cracking, earthy, photographer of note, irreverent, and a damn fine friend.

ehBeth - belly-dancing queen who's got a mind like a steel trap - sharp. She's a no-nonsense type that will let you have it right between the eyeballs when she engages, which she often doesn't. Very interesting lady.

JoeBlow - doesn't post here much (at least on the the threads I visit), but a lovely woman with a great sense of humour. I like her, I do.

Georgeob1 - erudite, thoughtful thinker, diverse interests, dry humour, doesn't get into slanging matches - too classy for that. Like him, too.

djjd - I'm a big fan, too.

dadpad - reasonable, funny, a bit quirky - good all 'round bloke.

@dadpad,
Sorry, I should have said rational, although your response sort of belies that, doesn't it? Smile What I meant is that you're not a random wingnut, ok?

Trenchant, eh? Good word. I wonder if it has a noun form, i.e. trenchance. I'm guessing no, 'cause my spell check doesn't like it. Anyway reminds me of my favorite aphorism 'Brevity is the soul of wit'.

what to say about Tai Chi, she disappears for long periods of time to canoodle with a college boy in the wilderness, in this respect she might be a good friend to the Philosophy folks, she could give them some insight into the two mysteries to plague mankind, the silence of fallen trees, and the defecation habits of ursine folk

she's also related to one of the wittiest, most handsomest, general all around great guys on the forum, but i'd better stop with the praise before i embarrass him
