Does free will exist?

I am referring to the biblical God and his rules.My thinking/ logic/hopes are absolutely fine.I would be interested to hear your logical concepts of God.

How about the biggest Set that can ever be. Lets call it from our POV the potential Set.
The sum not only of what is but what was and what will happen.
This Set has a rational/order but is not alive because it needs not being alive, it encompasses everything therefore it doesn't move anywhere. It is on itself timeless.

Now tell me how does your God is bigger than the sum of "creation" and "creator", or bigger then the sum of all that can be? It is a simple math question and you should be able to answer it.

PS - By the way I posed this question to my Catholic catechist when I was around 12 years old.

Precisely because it is processed at an unconscious level and you becoming aware of your own awareness it is also processed first at an unconscious level. Also the lack of knowledge has nothing to do with facts or states of affairs.

Well if SELF doesn't know what the next thought is going to be then SELF is aware that this is the case.

SELF sits above awareness which sits above consciousness which sits above thoughts of the does/doesn't God exist kind.

Therefore, SELF is AWARE of CONSCIOUSNESS types (in synch/out of synch) also the types of THOUGHTS (conscious/subconscious) that happen within the consciousness types and ultimately the EMOTIONS that result.

One can remain a SPECTATOR or one can become a PLAYER.

Neuroscientists are testing "players" like you and are winning big...do you care to go make some bets with them, I mean, really play?

Being able to detect electrical signals in the brain which determine choice and then come up with a “box of tricks” to measure” those signals quicker than a person can press a button is very impressive but so what? ...I would have thought with all the money that is being spent on neuroscience that that is the very least we would expect them to be able to do by now.Come on is that it? Are these conscious or subconscious thoughts? If they are subconscious thoughts ...or conscious thoughts for that matter......prove it...I’m bored already...

One can CHOOSE whether one wants to experience in synch or out of synch thoughts if one is a PLAYER........because one can CHOOSE which consciousness state to be in in any given moment.One is not a conscious state,one just toggles/ transitions between them.One can become AWARE of this.SPECTATORS are not aware of this.

Common for Christ sake...how much can you stretch an argument?
In the video you can clearly see that the person who is supposedly deciding freely is not aware of its own brain subconscious decision making, so how come did the person had any free say in the matter? Freely choosing implies you MUST BE AWARE of what you are choosing, but it is now well know that all the decision processes work first at an unconscious and subconscious level first, such that when you become aware of what your brain decided given its state of affairs regarding information and predispositions you are mislead to appropriate that subconscious processing as being a conscious free decision which was not as you were not aware of the " computation" going on inside until it came to you.

What are you talking about ...everyone knows that electrical signals are far quicker than mechanical operations.Inventing basic tests and then trying to convince us all that because it’s the brain something more must be happening than is actually happening is a bit rich...Get real...

What what? The electrical signals are the ones your brain is making, action potentials, did you saw the electrodes in the brain cap there??? Are you kidding me?

Just watched the second clip and personally I don’t take the two off “reasoning” boxes seriously ........I choose them both and reject them both when I have finished with them.SELF can do that you see ...........and choose to HOPE instead.
