All true but we have a few participants in this thread who wish to cast everyone who lived in the South during that time as evil and every modern Southerner who foolishly romanticizes the Confederacy as evil as well.

Apparently it makes them feel superior.

ONE MORE TIME> I misspell words cause I have a crippled left hand. I dont often mess with spellcheck because I usually write things when I have limited time . If I have a relaxed writing time I will hit the spellcheck (like now-but I dont spellcheck contractions so if you need an apostrophe , I cant help you). In the recent past Ive tried a number of silly help aids (like voice controls and even an appurtenance ) and Ive found that most of them produce "stream of consciousness" spelling of words and I get no spellcheck "dotted red lines" and the appurtenance makes even worse errors if Im in a hurry.
SO if ya dont like my spelling Im sorry but I shant probably change much.

This is why you shouldn't mock other's misspellings

farmerman purports to be a scientist but he acts nothing like a scientist. He denies science, he lies about science, he distorts science and reality, he purposefully diverts attention from the truth.

It's simple, he should be more careful with his submissions.

Don't worry about your misspelled words; most of us know you and your educational background. Those of us who know you know that your educational achievements are greater than 97% of the posters on a2k.
I don't worry about your spelling, because your postings are informational in your field. Not many PhDs/Professors share their knowledge on a2k.
