Feeling a bit better today. Still smiling from yesterday.

Glad Joe and Thomas had a good run.

Jes, That rhino never calls. Never writes. Kids these days.

@Roberta,
Glad you are feeling better.

Well, my New York adventure is all over bar the packing tonight and getting to the airport in time tomorrow.

I haven't really had the time to thank everyone for making the time to see me and be so lovely to me.

Jes comes in for special thanks for her organizing of the deli lunch.

Thomas, Joe, and tsar do for the amount of time they gave up to do stuff with me. I really enjoyed the time with you guys!! It was awesome to see frank and kicky, and that jes, region and lil k came all the way from Boston!!!

It was fantastic to meet legends like Boida......and Boida did the equivalent of a marathon in getting to the frying pan.

I really cannot say how lovely it has been to meet you all in the flesh and to experience your kindness and humor and evil teasing and feistiness.

You're all even better in the flesh....which is pretty remarkable.

As a special note to all of you who have been waiting and wondering and worrying....David's balls remain in place. The g word never passed his lips! a gentleman.

@dlowan,
I must comment on thomas' remarkable grace under pressure in dealing with the sudden advent into his life of two extra mothers (Boida and myself) at the same time that his actual mother was in town!!!!!

What a Mensch!

I have also been giving him evilness training.

Results are eagerly awaited.

@dlowan,
Make sure there are parachutes on that plane, Deb in case you're flying over the Sandwich Isles and decide to bail out when over the Big Island of Hawaii. I'll keep a pot of coffee hot on the back burner.

@dlowan,
Tref is the Yiddish (German, too?) word for unkosher. Rhymes with safe.

@jespah,
Yiddisher word only, Jes. Germans don't got no treif. They'll eat anything, even hasenpfeffer.

Nevertheless, I'm still nice-ish. You probably suck!

(Was that evil?)

Seriously though, I had a blast with you. Do come back anytime!

@dlowan,
You'll be getting home just in time for the warmer weather and lots of rest in the sun.
